The staff. Francesca and Marine was so helpful the two nights we stayed. They are so friendly, well informed, informational and above all, beautiful human beings that deserve all in the world. They really made our stay one for memories!

The staff was incredibly helpful - every person we interacted with. The rooms were comfortable & clean; the AC worked like a dream, especially during the heatwave. The location was fantastic!

Love this hotel!! Fantastic location in the heart of Paris by Halles, restaurants, great shopping on all sides, museums, easy walk to Metro etc.. The staff is fantastic!! the Japanese toilet is everything!! Everyone needs that! Air conditioning helped in the Paris sweltering heat the past few days

The hotel was very nice, with a terrific location and great front desk staff. Also air conditioned, which was really good given the heat wave which is over 100 F today as we depart for the airport. Room attendants also nice, not just cleaning but refreshing water, also needed with the heat. A bit noisy with street partying Saturday night and bad on Sunday night, which was the World Music Day celebration- fortunately that happens only once a year. Still worth it, but a higher floor might lessen noise on weekend nights.

This is a solid hotel in a great location, and excellent for the price. I stayed in room 2 and while it was not luxurious everything was very new, nothing shabby, extremely clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Also quiet. Easy walk to the Louvre, D’’Orsay, etc.

Great hotel, great service, great staff and great location. Make sure you know to push the button to turn light on to have room your room cleaned. Would definitely stay here again.
