Clean and modern rooms.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Will definitely be coming back to this hotel. 15 minute walk to the Louvre!

Très bon déjeuner et très bien situé dans Paris. Beaucoup de restaurant-terrasse à proximité.

The hotel is newer so the design is fresh and all is clean and in good shape. The front desk is less than helpful, but not bad. The room's design was a little awkward...even for Paris,, cute, clean, but awkward. We had high floor upgraded room with private balcony....wouldn't pay for this upgrade again, but would stay here possibly if the rate was competitive again.

Good location. Staff very polite, friendly and helpful. Good air conditioning. Premises very clean.

Me encantó, el hotel es nuevo y el personal es muy amable, siempre me atendieron muy bien.

I don't typically spend $400/night for a room, but splurged, and was so very disappointed. This was not what I had expected. The lobby was inviting and all looked promising until I went to my "prestige" room. The hall was small, the base boards & carpet dirty, and there was "stuff" leaning against the walls. It was pitch black when I opened the door and the room deodorizer overwhelming. It smelled so bad I couldn't stay. I booked through Expedia, so no refund, and I was stuck for 5 nights! I was ready to loose the money, but hotel space was scarce and I was exhausted. The room pictured on the website was available, and thankfully It had less scent. Staff gave me control of the AC to filter the air. It was slightly bigger than the first room, clean and the bed great. There was little space to put anything and the soap smelled like the deodorizer. I stayed the week before for $200/night in the Minerve Hotel, with a more comfortable room. Now that I know what to expect, I would return, but not at the "prestige" price. I would request no scent and no soap, and I would pack very light. The staff was friendly, and the location despite a next door cannabis shop turned out to be a great neighborhood.

Staff were lovely and helpful, answered any questions we had. They made the trip easy for us by booking airport transfers, they went through the amenities with us. We were so thankful for the free cold water tap they provide in the 'living room', it was so good to have after a long day of exploring, eating and drinking. The room was very good, plenty of space for 2 and decorated nicely and very clean. It was amazing value for money - we weren't expecting such a nice place for the amount we paid! Very happy and will be booking this hotel when we return to Paris to do all the things we didn't have time for on this trip!

Really wonderful find , renovations are incredible . Great staff.

This hotel was the ideal choice for somewhere central to see the Paris sights, we stayed for 2 nights and travelled from CDG airport to Chatelet les Halles station direct in 40mins and then we were only a 10 min walk to the hotel. It is situated in a quiet street where there was no noise disruption but it is right in the middle of a busy area with lots of cafes/patisseries/restaurants. The staff were helpful, spoke better English than we do French and we had a lovely note with macarons on our bed for arrival as it was our anniversary. Ours was a Classic room and whilst not a huge room it had ample space for the 2 of us for 2 nights, the whole hotel is newly renovated so our bathroom and bedroom were immaculate and the bed super comfy and the Rituals soap/diffusers were a great addition to the bathroom. We did not have breakfast in the hotel as we chose to eat at different bakeries each day but the breakfast area looked clean and well stocked. On departure the staff were happy to keep our cases until later in the day so that we could enjoy the day in the city. I would return here for another stay.
