Останах със семейството си

When I reserve our rooms I include the breakfast. The breakfast was good kind of unique items was in the breakfast room. About to amenity I wish the facial cleanser, toner and moisturizer for one time use package as other hotels. Staff were very friendly.

Rooms were very small- especially if you’re headed to the airport with suitcases (we had ours shipped to the airport). We only had backpacks and it was a tight squeeze. The shuttle only runs in the morning until 10:45am. Everything was great though

Airport shuttle was key in selecting. Unfortunately the service was unavailable upon arrival at all terminals. Next morning was available but the shuttle departed 7 minutes earlier than advertised schedule leaving myself and 2 other patrons behind.

Airport shuttle information should be sent to the guests by email so that the guests will know the schedule. In addtion, the roberts do not work well as human receptionists. For example, we do not know where to drop off the room cards when we left in the early morning.
