We had a wonderful time at The Cove, our room was comfy, spacious and clean. We really enjoyed the private beach and the use of the free snorkels. The food was good and we liked that breakfast was included. Only thing I’d mention is other than the beach activities the only way to explore more is by hike into town which we loved and had the opportunity to see a lovely view point ! Otherwise you have to pay about 300 baht per person per way to get to town. We had a lovely time and would recommend for a few nights

Stay was overall amazing, great location and beautiful private beach and great view from room. Only issue is no access to any store apart from the hotels minimart. Apart from that the food was great but a bit expensive.

Staff was great. Rooms were clean with good AC. Food was excellent although no Thai food or rice was offered at breakfast. The Thai food on the menu was great. Beautiful location and the surf was wonderful to listen to. The biggest drawback was the trash on the beach. In the immediate front of the bungalows there was an effort to clean the beach but move 50m in either direction and trash was everywhere. That was a turn off and surprising based on other places we’ve seen. The bamboo floors of the bungalows were uneven and a little hard to navigate.

For us all was ok. Stay 1 week free boat to the city and back. Beautiful beach. Very kind and helpful staff. Continental breakfast, but no cheese.

Room was ok. The staff were nice. They food at the restaurant was very basic and the portions were very small. Service was really slow many times waiting 20 plus minutes for the food to arrive. Restaurant area is very unattractive. This would not be such an issue if there were any other options for dinning out but you need to take a boat to town to have any other eating options and the last boat back to the resort is at 4:30 so you don't have any options but to be stuck eating at their restaurant. I'm sure that they plan it that way so everyone is stuck eating there. Food is overpriced for the portion sizes. I would not recommend staying at this location.

15/10 experience. This isn’t a boujie hotel by any means but aims to give you that true island experience. And they delivered. The dinners were to die for, so goooodd… the breakfast could have better options. But I get it - remote island infrastructure is limited. The bathroom is not fancy at all, has a geyser to heat water and a little toilet, but we loved it, gave it that authentic feel to living unplugged and disconnected.

Guests must transfer to the property via boat and must arrange the transfers by contacting the property before travel, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. The front desk is open daily from 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. Ferry Schedule From Mainland: From Phuket to Ko Phi Phi (departing from Rasada Pier) - 8:30 AM, 11 AM, 11:30 AM, 1:30 PM, and 3 PM. From Krabi to Ko Phi Phi (departing from Klong Ji-Lard Pier) - 9 AM, 10:30 AM, 1:30 PM, and 3 PM. Guests must arrive at the pier at least 1 hour prior to departure as schedule may change based on weather conditions. Guests who arrive at Phuket or Krabi airport after 12 PM (noon) will have to stay on the mainland and board the morning ferry to Ko Phi Phi. This property is accessible only by boat from Tonsai Pier to the resort at 11:30 AM, 1:30 PM, and from the resort to Tonsai Pier at 8 AM, 12:30 PM. The property offers longtail boat transfer, available for THB 200 one-way per person. To arrange transfers, contact the property in advance of arrival using the number provided on the booking confirmation email.
