If you are looking for an isolated resort on Phi Phi island this is your spot. If you are wanting to shop and enjoy night life on Phi Phi island do not stay here. The staff were not accommodating and seemed rude when we asked questions. They say you can buy a water taxi to get from the resort to Ton Sai pier (where shopping and restaurants are) but when we asked the staff they stated they didn’t have any. Luckily we made friends with a local when we arrived at Ton Sai pier before going to the resort. He was very accommodating and would send us a taxi when we asked him to. (We had his WhatsApp number) Other resorts we stayed at in Thailand gave us welcome tours of the resort, were happy, and willing to accommodate any of our ideas or questions. This resort did not do any of those things. The views from the resort were beautiful and the restaurant had good food, but we would not stay here again based off of how unhappy and unhelpful the staff were. We stopped at Outriggers and the staff were very nice, and the resort was nice. We will try this resort next time. Phi Phi Island the Beach Resort is not the place to stay if you want the Thailand smile and welcoming personality. If you want to be left alone and just want to sit on the beach at the resort this would not be a bad option.

Great hotel for a couples honeymoon or families with young kids, away from the busy town. Nice beach and white sand. It was challenging having to take the water taxi every time we needed to got to Tonsai town for restaurants and the tours. The food at the hotel restaurant was good, breakfast was not the greatest but it’s because we are in low season and not many people in the hotel. Overall a good stay.

The staff was fantastic my wife got food poisoning in town. Do not eat scallops. Staff arranged rides to medical clinic for us. Can’t say enough how helpful they were because transport on the island isn’t easy. You have to walk or take long tail boat.

Beach is beautiful and easy to catch a boat to town. Rooms are clean and bed is comfy. The food is a little expensive but not crazy. Lots of fish for snorkeling right off beach. Would definitely come back!

We have stayed here three times now and it never disappoints. The property is incredible in so many ways. The villas and the views, the beautiful beach and snorkelling, and the staff are all friendly and helpful. We will be back again!

The beach staff and Staff driving guests around the property. The property is lacking upkeep. There is no mini golf or a third pool. The infinity pool needs to be replaced. The snorkeling off the beach is very good and you can swim to shark reef. We would stay here again.

From Krabi to Ko Phi Phi (departing from Klong Ji-Lard Pier) - 9 AM, 10:30 AM, 1:30 PM, and 3 PM. Guests must arrive at the pier at least 1 hour prior to departure as schedule may change based on weather conditions. Guests who arrive at Phuket or Krabi airport after 12 PM (noon) will have to stay on the mainland and board the morning ferry to Ko Phi Phi.
