Staff and management were the worst i have experienced in 30 years of traveling all over the world and especially HK. Management refused to so the bare minimum that any other establishment would have been happy to do. They refused to refund what they categorically knew was a booking error from me when i booked a one night stay on the wrong date. Even when i was staying at their hotel for a further 6 nights they refused what would have been no problem anywhere else They put the blame weakly on Expedia which you should be aware of. Pretty silly when i was considering staying one to 3 months You have to wonder what Aaron Lee and Rava Partners think of this behavior Totally unacceptable that i wasnt refunded for a booking error when i was staying at their hotel for 7 nights They knew all this and still refused Just greedy

The rooms were clean and the location was great. However, the front desk could use better organization. During my check-in, the staff accidentally assigned a couple to a room that was already occupied—by another couple in bed! Talk about a welcoming surprise.

Water coming from the ceiling. Had the staff come look but they didn’t move us until the morning to a lesser room with a smaller bed . I messaged with the management and they promised me a partial refund of thirty percent off our three day stay . Telling me that they would have to work with hotels.com to issue it . That was eight days ago and I haven’t heard anything from either company. I tried talking with hotels.com but they didn’t get back to me .

There is only security guard at night helping with self check-ins, a little inconvenient, but the staffs are very helpful. Rooms are small but have everything you need. Interesting concept to have a communal kitchen and lounge. Laundry facility is definitely a plus. The only downside is, there is renovation going on 3rd floor while we stay, but the hotel didn’t blocked off the unsightly mess.

Location is great if you're after the ferry. There's a less frequent bus right downstairs but you can take other buses a few mins walk away. The room and the bathroom is a bit small though.

To further enhance our facilities at Dash Living on Hollywood, we are undertaking a comprehensive drainage pipe replacement project from 11 May to 19 August 2026.

While our teams will take every possible measure to minimize disruptions, please be advised that there will be some unavoidable noise and dust generated daily between 09:00 and 18:00.

We sincerely apologies for any inconvenience this essential enhancement may cause and are profoundly grateful for your patience.
