Check in was fine. Used the front desk instead of going upstairs. We got the junior suite to have more space with our 13 yr old son. The space itself was great. Having the toilet/water closet separate is a must for our family. Concierge lounge “happy hour” had pretty good food & service. Decided on lobby “bar” restaurant for dinner. Didn’t want the buffet since we’d already had hors d’oeuvres. We ordered a couple plates to share but it was difficult to get service. It was even harder to order drinks, let alone get a wine menu. We ate & were playing Uno. At 10pm they came to our table and informed us they were closing and had to leave. I was floored. We’d only been seated an hour. We couldn’t pay up & just sit there, in the lobby area restaurant, to play UNO with a mature 13 boy. There’s no seating in the 2nd floor lobby. Front desk said “sorry, We don’t have seating here because of security issues in the past”. We went upstairs to the only other place open, the lounge bar. No children allowed. I can’t remember if it’s after a certain time or all the time. I get it, don’t want young children running around. Our son looks and acts much older than he is. He’s been mistaken for 18. As an only child he’s always been well behaved. Anyways, no exceptions could be made. So my husband & I decided not to buy any of pricey, drinks from them. So no place to sit in a massive hotel with our teen son to play Uno- not a drinking game or wild party. Nothing. I won’t go back.

Very nice rooms- comfortable and a good size. Views from the upper floors are great. The breakfast buffet was a highlight each morning. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. The location is solid- probably 30+ restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Roppongi is a 15-20 minute walk. Easy access to transport and many of the sights.

friendly staff, enjoyed the club lounge tea time and happy hour snacks and delicious breakfast. Definitely worth the club reservation. Business hotel comfort for our last night in Tokyo.

I really enjoyed staying at the Intercontinental Hotel. The staff members were all polite and nice, the rooms were clean, and the food was great. Thumbs up for the Hotel.

We recently stayed at the ANA InterContinental Tokyo and had a wonderful experience overall. We booked a Club Room, which gave us access to the Club Lounge. This was definitely worth it, with a great selection of drinks and delicious nibbles available throughout the day. The food quality was excellent, and it was always a pleasant place to relax after exploring Tokyo. What really stood out was the staff. Wow! Every member of the team was exceptionally friendly, professional and attentive. Nothing seemed too much trouble, and they genuinely went out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The level of customer service was among the best we have experienced. The only downside was that the swimming pool was closed for the entire week of our stay, which was a little disappointing, especially given the warm weather. However, this did not detract too much from what was otherwise a fantastic experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. A big thank you to all the staff for making our visit to Tokyo so memorable.
