Unfortunately, our stay did not meet our expectations. The room was not as clean as we had hoped. There was a noticeable amount of dust both on the furniture and in the air, which made the room feel poorly maintained…. I’m glad we had only booked one night…

Самостоятелен престой

A great affordable spot near Ueno Station and the main area there. The room is tiny but very well kept & clean. The staff is so nice, check-in and out we're smooth and easy. There's free amenities (many places in JP also have this) and a beverage station in the lobby. They also serve a modest but quite good breakfast in the AM. Overall a great comfortable value.

Самостоятелен престой

The staff was very nice and the room was very clean, though small. However, the bed and pillows were the most uncomfortable I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. For this reason, I would not stay again.
