The first room that they gave us it was very stinky to cigarettes, we were staying for 5 days and then the next morning I specially requested to the front desk staff to perform a deep clean so we can sleep in a clean space, since nothing happens, the second nigh we were transferred to another clean room which obviously was much better.

This is a nice property and my room was clean and comfortable. The only complaint I have about the room is that there were no outlets next to or near the bed, so you had to charge your devices across the room. The hotel is located about a block away from the nearest metro station. Location-wise, I probably would stay somewhere closer to the main areas on Hong Kong island. Every point of interest was several metro stops away and it took time to get to where I wanted to go. Not necessarily a deal breaker, but if location is important you might want to consider another property.

Loved this hotel. Everything is so easily available. Good buffet selection and great staff. Good range of restaurants and bars (£-£££), a trampoline park (2blocks away) and Victoria Park located in Causeway Bay - Tin Hau. Public transport all within walking distance. The only 3 things that we thought could have been improved is the TV channel selection, wi-fi connectivity in the rooms and a warmer swimming pool...

Really good value for money. We stayed for a total of 11 nights (no brekkie) + a late checkout. Access to public transport was fantastic. Trains, trams, taxis and buses all easily available. The buffet breakfast is also of good value and a pretty decent selection of Western, Indian, Chinese and Korean. The only 2 things that I think could have been improved are the TV channels and the wifi connectivity.

Expedia indicated this hotel bus to airport transportation services . As of matter of fact, hotel doesn't have this service. Hotel told me that Expedia pasted incorrect information. Please be sure you take out this untrue service at the hotel information out from your system. This is truly misleading information. And this is main reason I booked this hotel for my trip.

I got a room on the 6/f, and the room was very dated, with dirty carpet and old worn furniture. They need to refresh the rooms. Last time I stayed I thought my room was quite nice.

Правила за настаняване

Гостът, отговорен за настаняването, трябва да е на възраст 18 или повече. В съответствие с Фаза 1 от актуализациите на Наредбата за екологосъобразност на продуктите, считано от 22 април 2024 г., хотелите в Хонконг вече няма да предлагат безплатни тоалетни принадлежности на базата на пластмаса, изброени в Наредбата. Ако имате някакви въпроси, моля, свържете се директно с хотела. Съгласно последните разпоредби, издадени от правителството на Специалния административен район Хонконг, от 1 януари 2025 г. се очаква да бъде въведен данък за настаняване в хотели в размер на 3%. Този данък може да е включен в цената в Klook или да бъде събран при настаняване.

- The property requires a refundable security deposit of HKD 500 upon check-in. - Each guest name is allowed to reserve a maximum of 2 Rooms. - The swimming pool closed in winter from November to next April. - Any name change, date change and cancellation of a non-refundable booking is not accepted. All payments made for a non-refundable booking will be forfeited for any cancellation. - The Property offers free in-room internet access for a maximum 2 devices. - According to Hong Kong Government’s new law, Product Eco-responsibility (Amendment) Bill 2023, effective from 22nd April 2024, hotels are not allowed to provide disposable toiletries and in-room plastic bottled water to guests for free. We encourage our guests to bring their own toiletries, but if they have forgotten to bring some essential items, they may still be available for purchase.
