Unfortunately, our stay in Room 202
was disappointing due to several
maintenance issues.
The kettle in the room didn't work,
the toilet seat was loose and coming
off, and the air conditioning was
faulty. It was extremely loud
throughout the night,and the
settings (1, 2, and 3) all made the
same level of noise, making it
impossible to get a good night
sleep. We reported this to the
receptionist, who said someone
would look into it, but nothing
appeared to be done during our stay.
The shower doors were also difficult
to open and close which added to the frustration.
Breakfast was fairly disappointing
although I would like to mention that
the waiter was very friendly and
provided good service.
On the positive side, the rooftop area
was spacious and pleasant, and the
hotel's location is very convenient for
the railway station
Overall, while the location and
rooftop were positives, the number of
maintenance issues in Room 202 and
the lack of action after reporting
them meant the stay did not meet
expectations.

The hotel was right across from the train station. It was perfect for our need to stay overnight and catch the train to the airport the next day. Breakfast was fine. Room was clean and comfortable. Area was busy but hotel was not noisy.

We where on our last 2 nights in Italy. The hotel was friendly, very clean and easy access to train station Roma termini. Breakfast was ok for a continental breakfast.

I enjoyed my stay here as it was a great location right by the main station (Termini). The place was clean and staff were friendly and helpful.
I'm not sure it qualifies as a 4 star hotel though as there weren't really any amenities apart from a small bar. The breakfast was just average and it did get quite noisy at night sometimes.

Hotel is very convenient both to the train station and to the city center. Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was decent, and the staff were helpful. Most importantly, the hotel felt very safe, with a front desk manned at all times, unlike some of the other hotels in this neighborhood.

The staff were very helpful and nice. The room was always nice and cleaned when we back in our room from Rome exploring. The breakfast buffet was so convenient.
