The staff exhibited exceptional courtesy and provided us with a warm welcome. The room was aesthetically pleasing, elegant, and equipped with a well-stocked mini-fridge containing thoughtful and reasonably priced items. The private balcony offered a comfortable and inviting space, allowing us to enjoy the view of the restaurants below. It provided breakfast in the morning and coffee and tea, which are essential amenities. Overall, I had a comfortable stay and highly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a pleasant and memorable experience.

Wonderful stay! Room was surprisingly spacious and very clean. Staff were extremely kind and accommodating - loved the in-room breakfast. Location is perfectly central to many great sites, restaurants and shops. Would highly recommend!

Paoula & her staff were incredible! Very pleasant and extremely welcoming. Our room was beautiful with many personal touches including a welcome gift upon our arrival. The selection for breakfast was terrific and such a wonderful touch to have it brought to our room each morning, always with warm Italian greeting. The bed was very comfortable and had quality sheets, along with great towels! The balcony was wonderful to enjoy the sunrises and sunsets ❤️ over Rome. They had reconnections for local restaurants available and the location of the property can’t be beat. We would highly recommend this property when your in Rome ❤️

We stayed here for two nights in the classic room and were very happy with the property. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable and the in-room breakfast every morning was a really nice touch. We visited during the heatwave and the AC was very appreciated!

We had a wonderful stay at Melrose Relais. Our room was clean, comfortable, and incredibly quiet, making it easy to relax after busy days of sightseeing. The staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always happy to help with any questions or recommendations. Breakfast each morning was delicious with a great selection to start the day. The hotel is also in a fantastic location, within walking distance of many restaurants, cafés, and shops. While the main attractions were about a 30–40 minute walk away, the route was straightforward and easy to navigate, allowing us to explore the city along the way. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Melrose Relais to anyone visiting the area!

This is a little B & B not a hotel. We were dropped off and surprised as it was inside an apartment building. But boy once we went inside it was lovely! We got to experience an authentic night in Rome. Thankful our journey took us to this little B&B. We had an early morning flight and our host took care of setting up transportation and even made sure we had a bite of breakfast early morning. She gave us tips on where to shop and even set up dinner reservations.

First off, I didn’t realize what a “Guesthouse” was in Rome. My bad. The entry is difficult to find, and if the driver hadn’t shown us the door we would have walked right by. You then enter a code to enter a dark, dirty hallway to a rickety elevator. Our room was very small, and there wasn’t anywhere to eat the quite good breakfast they deliver. We should have booked a “superior” room, as we saw those had a dining table and a couch. We expressed our disappointment to Paola, the owner. She handled it well, offering a free bottle of Prosecco and paying for our drive to the airport. The staff was very nice and we would recommend this place if you are ok with a guesthouse and want to be right in the middle of the centro historico. Our room was very quiet.
