Hotel Toki was the perfect hotel for our stay in Tokyo. The location in Ueno was great - quiet, but a short walk from shopping, restaurants and the subway station. I loved the modern look of the property, and the lobby smelled like a fancy spa! The room had everything you could need, and was more like a little apartment. I would definitely recommend staying there, and would visit again if I an staying in Tokyo!

This hotel is on par! They do not offer cleaning service everyday but they have rules for guests to follow to help maintain the rooms clean. They also have a kitchen and laundry access in the rooms which was a big help. If you need anything, there’s always a staff in the main lobby to help. Also, close location to trains. We will recommend this hotel to others and plan to rebook if we visit again.

This hotel was in an excellent location with great amenities. The staff was extremely helpful. We traveled as a family of 4 and having the washing machine in the room was a plus! Greatly recommend this hotel.

Everything is clean , organized and well prepared. If you’re going there make sure to ask the staff if they speak English. Not all of them can speak but you have to make an adjustment for them. Overall great service.
