It was hard to find the guest house but go to the 16th floor and that’s where the reception desk is. The room is tiny tiny and the shower is not in a stall it’s just part of the entire bathroom. But everything was soooo clean. And my daughter and I enjoyed the room, it was quite cozy. But as an American I would imagine most Americans would be quite unhappy with the room size and taking a busy crowded elevator to the room each time and our window overlooked the dirty dark middle of the building But we loved it and would stay there again if we return

The area is very convenient and centrally located, right next to the MTR. The building is quite old, and the staff are very friendly. The cleanliness of the bed linens was not entirely satisfactory, but the room itself was clean and the air conditioning was excellent.

It's Hongkong, it's like the "New York" of Asia. You're lucky if you get a room with a bed and your private bathroom. What was disappointing for me is that I booked my room thru Expedia, when I checked in, they charged me another HK100 dollars for some property charges and then another HK250 dollars for cleaning. Julian, the nice receptionist explained to me that the cleaning fee was for everyday cleaning. Well, we stayed for 6 days and they cleaned the room twice. And "clean" means, throw garbage away and tidy up the sheets. Did not change the sheets at all, not even once. It was hot during our stay so imagine the same bed sheets for 6 days when you're sweating while sleeping. Matresses are 3-inch so if you're older with back problems, you'll find it uncomfortable. There was a small tv in the room but did not work, remote control did not have batteries. Small sink in the bathroom can easily get clogged and rusty, I did like the location, very close to everything, basically in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui which is one of the popular shopping areas of Hong Kong. I would stay there again and I recommend it for budget-conscious visitors but just know that it's not a 5-star, not even a 3-star. But if you're like me who just need a bed and a bathroom for the night while enjoying the sights and places in Hongkong during the day, this will work.

A simple

This property was not like the photos. The rooms were so extremely tiny and not up to a good cleaning standard. My sheets had stains on them and the window that was In the room was broken and wouldn't close all the way so all the cigarette smoke from outside had this room smelling like an ashtray. This hotel is in the top of an incredibly busy market and there were many times that the line for the elevator was very long. I was not provided toilet paper automatically I had to find staff member to give me a roll.

I read some comments that said the shared bathroom is closed at night. I have a medical condition and i need constant access to the bathroom. I contacted them and asked for clarification, but they never answered me, despite answering the first time to an unrelated question. So they received the messages. I asked support to hotels.com, which called them and the hostel told them my room has a private bathroom, which is not true. I think they just told hotels.com whatever they wanted to make them happy. I couldn't risk finding myself without access to the bathroom so i just didn't go, losing the full amount and had to book somewhere else. Absolutely unprofessional behaviour. They cannot be trusted.

I never thought the room that bad

Room so dirty. Garbage everywhere (stairs, hallways) Posted photos to views for references online not true to what you will see in person. Description of sleeping arrangement misleading. Very terrible experience. My grandkids looking forward for a pleasant stay and experience of HK but end up traumatize by cockroaches and caught colds coz heater not working ok.

Very clean , well maintained, efficient.
