Everybody at the property was very polite and knowledgeable. We were visitors from the United States and was very pleased with everything this hotel had to offer.

Good location and great staff. Clean overall. Pillows were hard and uncomfortable and they had one elevator for the whole building which took a while to come down or go up. Otherwise no other issues. Great experience overall

It is a wonderful property, just not enough laundry facilities if you need them. Highly recommend this place for location and will come back.

The hotel had many floors 23 or more. The reception area is very small. They only have one washing machine and dryer. They also only have one elevator for everyone which means you had to wait quite sometime for it. I stayed 3 nights. The room was not fully cleaned when I checked in. Breakfast is not provided but they do have a lot of restaurants near by.
