We were so spoiled as guests and consequently had very high expectations for the following stays during our trip (that those fell short). Very friendly and helpfull staff. Spacious room. Not very centrally located, but there were some cafes/ restaurants and convenient stores on walking distance. We arrived very early in the morning and had to pay for an extra night in order to get the room before check in time (price was higher than when booked thru Expedia)

We loved our stay at Hotel ChinzansoI. This is a beautiful property set in stunning gardens which is a true luxury in Tokyo. From check in to check out the hotel staff were welcoming and eager to accommodate us. Our rooms were large and beautiful with wonderful amenities and a fantastic garden view. We enjoyed busy days in different areas of Tokyo and enjoyed being in a tranquil and peaceful environment at the end of the day. We did not have a car, but found it easy to reach any area of Tokyo with either public transportation or taxi. We would highly recommend this property.

This hotel was absolutely dreamy! From the premises to the staff, everything was amazing. The hotel's garden is one of the most prettiest we've ever seen. We went during firefly season and that was such an unreal scene. The room was gorgeous and they serviced our room twice a day which made it so nice to arrive to after a busy long day of walking. We definitely look forward to staying here again. I can't say enough great things about this hotel. If you are looking to stay in an upscale hotel with all the amenities and away from all the busy touristy spots, this is the place to stay in!

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and it had a wonderful view of the Tokyo skyline. The garden was beautiful and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Our stay at the Hotel Chinzanso was amazing. This beautiful hotel offers large, well-appointed rooms in a quiet part of Tokyo, and access to an incredible set of gardens that feel like a resort. It was a wonderful place to come "home" to at the end of the day and the onsite restaurants were excellent. Tokyo was the last stop on our trip and could not have been happier with this choice. Luxury indeed.

Beautiful hotel! Friendly, helpful staff, can't do enough for you. Have stayed in very good hotels over the yearsin different parts ofnthe world but the service in the Chinzanso outshone all of them. Fabulous gardens which attracted us to the hotel. Unique amd magical.

An absolutely GORGEOUS hotel! One of the best I’ve stayed in. The service and staff were impeccable! From the luxurious garden, the onsen and pool, the gym, the amazing breakfast.. just WOW! I didn’t want to be in the hustle and bustle of the city when I chose this hotel. It’s about a 10 min walk to the local subway and 7-11(must try the egg salad sandwich). For me, the hotel was perfectly located. I highly recommend staying at Hotel Chinzanso 🙌
