Breakfast was amazing! Staff very helpful and welcoming

We really enjoyed our stay! We chose a triple room with a balcony and it had plenty of space. The beds were very comfortable, we loved the pillows, and the bathroom was gorgeous. On a positive note there's also 7-Eleven right downstairs too. The only slightly negative things about the property was we did not enjoy the breakfast at all, we would skip paying for it next time. All the food was left laying out in the counter without warming plates or ice. Foods that were meant to be hot (sausage and tater tots) were kind of lukewarm and foods that were meant to be cold (milk) were room temperature. It wasn't the best. We also could unfortunately hear the local bars in the area- people singing and making noise until 4 AM. It wasn't enough to keep us up at night but you definitely heard it. For us, we would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel and amazing location!

N business trip, stay for 4 nights, the breakfast throughout the 4 days is the same food, also limited varieties and options.

Located in a great area for shopping and food. We ate on Ginza Corridor every night as the options and food were so good! Left the hotel a little bit disappointed though. The Queen room has a clothes rail but only 4 hangers and no drawers or cupboards to unpack. Our items were on the floor under the bedside tables, over our suitcases and piled on a table. More options needed for longer stayers please or bring some coathangers with you! We didn't have the best sleep either as the bed and pillows were a bit firm for us. The bathroom was lovely though and we really liked the rain shower. The spa is really nice but you have to take your room towel down and bring it back. An extra towel in your room would be perfect as I like to keep my room towel in my room. There is an happy hour in reception every night with free wine! This is awesome but every night there were no glasses left. More engagement from reception staff would be nice too, to help make it feel more inviting. TIP: The restaurant sounds amazing but it was fully booked every day when we arrived. Book before you arrive to guarantee a table.

Bkfst was not great, room needs to be cleaned properly

Beautiful hotel. Everything was top quality and very comfortable. I would stay here again when I visit Japan. I was very happy with my stay.

The place was great, hotel is clean, staff was amazing. The only issue, is the rooms are extremely small.
