Thumbs up to all the instructors there. They really care about the safety of all participants, been attentive to all the participants on every stations. Gave clear instructions and also been very friendly to everyone. Fun experience, has spent 1.5hours at intermediate level (A group of under-exercised girls). Will try extreme level next time to challenge ourselves.
