Какво страхотно преживяване, насладих се на всяка минута от тази страхотна екскурзия и всичко това благодарение на нашия чудесен екскурзовод. Пътуването беше доста дълго, но напълно си заслужаваше, а черешката на тортата беше карането на колело около езерото с групата. Препоръчвам горещо.

Ерик Ву е изключителен екскурзовод, който направи преживяването ни наистина незабравимо. Той е много отзивчив, любезен и искрено услужлив от началото до края. Погрижи се всеки в групата да се чувства комфортно, добре информиран и обгрижен по време на цялата обиколка. Способността му да комуникира ясно както на китайски, така и на английски беше огромно предимство, което направи цялото преживяване гладко и лесно за разбиране от всички. Ерик винаги беше търпелив в отговорите на въпроси, даваше полезни съвети и споделяше интересни прозрения за всяко място, което посетихме. We had a wonderful day trip from Taipei to Sun Moon Lake! 🌊 The journey was around 3 hours each way, so it was a long day, but the breathtaking scenery made it absolutely worthwhile. The lake was extremely beautiful, with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. A special thank you to our tour guide, Tommy, who was so friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout the trip. He made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Although the travel time was quite long, Sun Moon Lake is definitely worth visiting. Highly recommend this day trip to anyone visiting Taiwan! ❤️

​We had a great time exploring Chiayi, Alishan, and Sun Moon Lake, thanks to our guide, Mrs. Joanna Lin. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable,warm, and patient with us at every stop. ​The only issue was the transportation. A Toyota Wish for four passengers felt too tight and uncomfortable for the long travel hours involved in this itinerary. Upgrading to a slightly larger vehicle would make this trip perfect. Thank you to Joanna for being such a wonderful guide!

We booked a sunrise paddle boarding experience. The location was changed last minute but the company accommodated us by providing transportation from our hotel and back. This is a beginner experience but you should feel comfortable on a board because there was little instruction available in English. We stayed in the cove the entire time which was disappointing. The highlight was that they took wonderful pictures of us together

Never thought the Qingjing farm has really cool and nice weather. Definitely the highlight of the trip! We were even able to see 2 shows. Sun Moon Lake boat trip was really relaxing. The Old English Manor was really picturesque! We had a great time!

The two young men at the Traveler's Inn provided excellent service. We saw them busy running around early in the morning, yet they were still so friendly to us, which we really appreciated. The bicycles themselves were also great to ride. When we returned them, they even gave us two cups of black tea! 👍 Sun Moon Lake is truly beautiful, and we'll definitely visit again next time! 🥰

Highly recommended for Koreans!!!!!! The Korean-language tour wasn't available on the date I wanted, so I ended up choosing this tour instead, and it was such a great choice!!! First of all, it was so nice that they picked us up directly from our hotel instead of having us gather at a meeting point haha. The tour was held privately with just 6 people in total—me, my mom (2 people), and a Chinese family of 4. The car was super spacious and air-conditioned, which was great! The driver couldn't speak Korean, but he explained everything well using a translator and some English haha. What truly touched me was that I had lost my wallet at the night market the day before T.T. When the driver heard about that, he said that after the tour ended, he would go with me to the night market to ask the vendors, kept calling the police station in between to check if any lost items had been turned in, and even offered to go with me to the police station to help file a report after the tour. We didn't end up going because we figured we wouldn't find it even if we went to the night market T.T., but he kept trying to help us, which really touched both me and my mom haha. Also, the Chinese family traveling with us translated between the driver and us in English and even bought us drinks lol. They were worried about my lost wallet together with us! Anyway, I had a total mental breakdown the day before after losing my wallet, all my exchanged cash, and several cards, but during the tour, my mind actually eased up, and I met good people and had a wonderful tour!!! I didn't know ferry tickets were included, but they were! The price is also reasonable, so Korean folks planning to visit Sun Moon Lake and Gaomei Wetlands, please use this tour!!!!! The itinerary proceeded as follows: a huge temple at Sun Moon Lake ➡️ Sun Moon Lake Visitor Center? (cool and good for a short rest) ➡️ Sun Moon Lake ferry (basic 3-stop course) ➡️ pineapple cake shop (no purchase required, has a restroom) ➡️ Gaomei Wetlands, and they dropped us off right in front of our hotel at the end haha. Oh, and you can use WhatsApp for communication before the tour~~

The owner is very friendly. The 6-speed ladies' bike was more than enough for the Shuishe-Xiangshan route, and I didn't get tired. Although there weren't many ladies' bikes, the owner maintains them well. Using the QR code made borrowing the bike smooth and easy. There was no time limit. It was a pleasant experience.
