InterContinental Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center accommodation package, including one night in an InterContinental Deluxe Room, daily breakfast for two, and a buffet dinner for two. We checked in on a Saturday night. Instead of the buffet dinner, we opted for the Chinese set menu, which required an additional tea charge of around 50 RMB or more. 🌙 The environment is quiet, and the staff is polite, making for a comfortable and peaceful evening. We were assigned a City View King Room. The room quality was quite good, though not very large; it features both a shower and a soaking tub. 🛁 The next morning, we enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a very rich variety with everything you could possibly want. The service staff was very courteous, proactively asking what drinks we would like and even bringing them over to our table. 🍽️ In terms of hotel facilities, there is a 25-meter swimming pool and a hot tub, as well as dry and steam saunas, providing a quite pleasant experience 🧖‍♀️. A slight pity was that the Executive Lounge was only open from 14:30 to 20:00 on the day of check-in; we arrived late, so we missed the opportunity to experience it. Regarding transportation, taking a taxi from the Shenzhen Bay Port takes about 35 minutes to 1 hour, with a fare of around 60 RMB plus a 15–20 RMB toll fee 🚕. Overall, the value for money is very high, making it perfect for a one- or two-night weekend getaway in Shenzhen. Highly recommended! 👍

The hotel is very convenient, located right at the Prince's Bay Station entrance. As a property under the Hyatt group, the quality is guaranteed. Although the hotel is not large, the environment is comfortable and the rooms are bright and open. The breakfast selection is not extensive, but the taste is quite good.

We stayed at the Crowne Plaza Shenzhen World Exhibition and Convention Center for a total of two days, and the overall experience was excellent. Going for a morning run along the river is the best way to start the day, with good air quality and well-paved pathways. The hotel also offers complimentary bicycle rentals for a pleasant ride along the river, making it a fantastic choice for leisure and relaxation. [Facilities] Both the indoor and outdoor pools are well-maintained with clear water and plenty of space. The outdoor pool, in particular, offers an open and expansive view, making it a major highlight of the hotel. The fitness facilities are also comprehensive, catering to the various needs of guests. [Dining] We booked a package that included breakfast and afternoon tea, and the food quality was satisfying. The breakfast offered a rich variety of items made with fresh ingredients, while the afternoon tea featured exquisite presentation and a well-balanced flavor profile. In addition, the two complimentary café drinks included with our stay offered a diverse selection (including soft drinks, coffee, red wine, white wine, and beer), which could be enjoyed during the stay or taken to go upon check-out—a flexible and thoughtful arrangement. [Service] Special thanks to the front desk and housekeeping teams: since it was my wife's birthday, the room was specially decorated with a towel art setup, and a small cake was delivered in the evening. These thoughtful touches made us feel truly warmly welcomed. We were also granted a late check-out until 2:00 PM, allowing us to depart at a leisurely pace and rounding out a perfect stay. [Overall Impression] This was a high-quality weekend staycation. Both the hardware facilities and the soft services are commendable. I will recommend it to my friends and consider staying here again.

The front desk upgraded us to a deluxe suite. The room is very large, very clean, fully equipped with amenities, and has a great sea view. The bedding and pillows are very comfortable, and the air conditioning is just right. The concierge team kindly called a corporate DiDi ride for us from the Snow World to the hotel free of charge—great service! The buffet breakfast and buffet dinner were very generous; the cakes and desserts looked amazing, though some ran out quickly and weren't restocked. After a 50% discount, it came out to under $700, offering incredible value. It's a hotel we've really come to love recently and would gladly recommend. We will definitely stay here again next time.

The hotel is located directly within the Shekou Cruise Center, which definitely saves a lot of stress from moving luggage and rushing if you're taking a ferry to Hong Kong, Macau, or Zhuhai the next morning. After checking in, you can explore the nearby area, and the next day, it's a smooth process to go downstairs, clear customs, and board your ship. This is especially suitable for early morning departures or for those staying one night for a layover.

A classic luxury hotel that can bring pleasant surprises during a trip. On the ocean-view side is the main building, and the breakfast is very rich, allowing you to dine while enjoying views of the sea and the pool. The room was a wonderful surprise, featuring a super beautiful view of the K11 Yacht Club marina, and we were even lucky enough to catch the sunrise! The hotel service is exceptionally good; from the front desk to housekeeping and the concierge, everyone was extremely friendly, patient, and attentive to detail. Thumbs up!

The DoubleTree by Hilton Shenzhen Bay was a bit disappointing. Both the exterior and interior were very different from other DoubleTree hotels I've stayed at. Aside from the cool air conditioning in the room, other areas felt like they had no AC and were very hot. The ground floor restaurant was so hot it was unbearable to eat in—it was terrible. In contrast, the Hilton Garden Inn Zhongshan had a great lobby and restaurant, with very cool air conditioning. The room AC was also sufficient, making it feel many times better than the DoubleTree hotel.
