I'm Japanese, and after booking through Klook, I went directly to the reception and was able to receive treatment right away. It was helpful that there was a staff member at the reception who could speak English. The therapist's primary language was likely Taiwanese. She was very kind and made an effort to communicate with me, a Japanese person! The pressure was just right, and the massage was excellent, so I truly hope she stays healthy so I can see her again when I return to Taiwan.

The instructor was attentive without being overbearing, and the whole experience was genuinely relaxing and fun. I was so into it that I seriously considered doing a second one. I'm a full-time traveler and didn't plan to keep anything bulky -- then I saw how mine turned out and immediately started figuring out how to pack it. That should tell you everything.
