Me & my friend arrived at the Hanoi International Airport at 1340hrs deoart Sappa at 9am driver drive the express way than we transferred to a mini van to the international airport at the express way side road that was very fast the coach give us a free transfer to the airport we than go to departure level H counter to meet the Fasr Track Departure to help ud clear the Hanoi Immigration & Security Check Counter that was quite fast & we have to wait for our VN 617 Hanoi to Bangkok flight till 1855hrs was delayed 10mins Etd was 1095hrs the gate was a remote bay airbus321 aircraft. The fast track staff was very helpful bring us to cleared the Immigration.

SQ194 arrived Hanoi 1730hrs .We have to look out our names when we walk out from the aerobridge as we suppose to be meet by the fast tracjk arrival staff in Hanoi to help us clear the Q as we paid each person SGD$35.00 for the immigration fast track it was quite fast we don't have to wait very long.Our luggages was on time at the arrival belts .

I used this service when I arrived in Hanoi. Lots of people everywhere and lines were long. A representative met up as I was getting off the plane and waited in a prority line. only 10-15 minutes wait and got through. Highly recommend to get.

easy and convenient, didn't need to queue at all. will save you a lot of time especially when there is a long queue at check-in and at immigration point. be prepared to let the immigration person know that you have this fast track service, otherwise they may not know.

Our flight was March 31, 2026, 1:45am. 10pm we were at the airport and the line was already long. Mr Ha msg me a day before our flight telling all the info where to meet etc. it was very helpful! worth it! thanks Mr Ha.

The staff will message you via WhatsApp days before your departure. He is very nice and considerate. I was so happy that my seat was upgraded to premium economy.

Well the guide (Dino) was great, we did indeed skip the line at immigration and security and he assisted us all the way. The line itself wasn't very long at that time it was a Saturday at 6 in the morning. I guess if the line is long then it is worth it, definitely would recommend this if you're worried about missing your flight. But if you're early like 4 hours before boarding then no need to grab this package. We only got it because being at the airport at 4 in the morning wasn't an option for us. Overall it was a very good experience for us and the entire process was smooth

I had an excellent experience with Klook’s airport transfer. Despite our flight landing 1 hour and 30 minutes early in the early morning, the klook coordinater was already there waiting for us. The coordination was perfect, and thanks to the smooth timing, we were able to clear immigration in just 5 minutes. The transition from the plane to the car was incredibly efficient. Hung and Tien made my arrival seamless. I had travelled 2 days to get to Hanoi and Tien met me near the arrival gate with such impeccable manners and a welcoming smile. he helped me bypass the long lines at immigration and got my bag and we went through customs, he then guided me to my taxi meeting point. Hanoi has such a busy airport that I would use this service all the time especially after being tired from travelling because it takes the stress away and they lead you to correct points.
