難忘的旅程，工作人員專業友善殷勤，八座位驕車新淨空間濶落舒適，八時準時在酒店大堂接，下午二時送回，令太約三小時車程看似二小時完成，开車一小時后，中途停站二十五分鐘方便大家，船上體驗新的遊輪玩法，所有房間都有露台，方便客人欣賞及亨受下龙灣寧靜美景，近乎平靜海面及船身極穩定，不會有絲毫暈浪，行程有划獨木舟，如不熟水性怕反艇，可以參加第二日竹筏遊下龙灣水簾洞，有 happy hour水吧播放音樂，買二送一，雞美酒性價比高30-40港紙左右, 使你神經舒暢兼解滔，晚釣墨魚寧神，2早2午自助歺食物可口，尤其set dinner海鮮牛柳甜品最為特出搶鏡，翌日6：00在房間露台欣賞日出，絕不能錯過。整個安排完善流暢，賓至如歸感覺。
Tour was smooth since this service includes hotel pick up and drop off. Luxurious bus going to the port. Cruise ship is okay a bit small, not a lot of activities though. No beer available at the bar. Wifi not working, TV not working. But the staff were friendly.
Good experience to join this tour. The view is awesome and the room at the cruise really satisfying. Choose the room with bathtube, it's so good with the wonderful view from the window.

This is a must see place. Ha long bay is stunning!! Rosy's Cruise was a pleasant stay with beautiful views and balcony to see the bay. Could offer more vegetarian options with the meal choices, they did their best but we left that as feedback for future patrons. Overall good experience.
