因為原先預訂遊輪已經額滿，代理非常專業依照我的需求推薦此艘船，從預訂到接駁期間代理都非常仔細通知，提醒參團事項，讓人感到安心。接駁車座位豪華舒適，司機開車也很平穩安全，在碼頭上船後等待我們的是親切的服務人員。雖然船不是最新的，但船上設施維護的很好，房間很香也很乾淨，床很好睡，淋浴設備水壓很夠，熱水供應都很順暢不需等待。冷氣也很夠力，吹到晚上睡覺會冷要上調溫度。船上行程安排很緊湊，領隊在各景點導覽也很清楚。這艘船上的服務人員們都很親切，笑容可掬，有任何問題反應隨時給與協助，特別是Anna跟Lan都讓我們感受到他們對客戶服務的熱忱，非常細心。這艘船的行程安排以及服務讓我們非常開心能搭乘MilaLux去遊覧下龍灣美麗的風光，我們在那裡度過美好的週末，可惜能待在下龍灣的時間太短，有機會一定會再去一次。

Overall, it was an enjoyable trip! Booking through Klook was seamless. Transfer was on time and smooth. Enjoyed the variety of activities provided, from kayaking, hiking etc. However, squid fishing was not as ideal as it was not the season. Good spread of meals onboard, especially the set dinner course. Would definitely recommend.

Milalux organized a memorable trip for me and my families. Full activities from the beginning till the end keeping us away from boredom. Staffs are friendly, polite, and always around to assist. Halong Bay itself is beautiful and unique place.

I would give it 5 star totally. This entire experience was top notch and worth every money we spent. We were picked up from our hotel in a comfortable limousine and were taken for a brief tour to the pearl farm on our way to the cruise. Then we were transferred to Milalux Cruise where Tom and the staff gave the best services. The cruise was entirely clean, pleasant smell, top notch food, lovely rooms with the amazing view with great attached showers and restrooms. We were taken to ti top island and 40 mins kayaking through the cave. There were even cooking class.The dinner and breakfast were amazing too. We mentioned we were vegetarians and they arranged us such delicious food in good quantity there. We saw them making extra efforts for newly wed couples and birthday person there. The whole experience had been wholesome with great memories. Thank you

It was a fantastic experience to be in this cruise. Good value for money. I appreciated the Milalux Cruise Team. They did a very good job from transfers from hotel until the very end of the tour. A well planned itinerary.

預訂後，負責郵輪的工作人員來聯繫，態度非常好也幫忙解決了很多當時遇到的問題，讓我們能夠順利出遊、有一個很棒的經驗。船上的東西普通吧，但是氣氛很好、工作人員也都很棒，在船上度過很悠閒放鬆的時光，而且還有突如其來的慶祝驚喜，整體非常滿意，不論是幕後客服、或者是船上的工作人員，每一個人給的體驗都很讓人舒服跟感謝🙏

I had a wonderful night here with lots of interesting activities, delicious food, attentive and dedicated service staff, everything was perfect. I like watching the sunset on the boat the most, me and The family really liked it

I was really enjoyed the 2d1n trip by this Milalux cruise. The tour operator supported us during the trip, the cruise staffs were really friendly and promptly in taking care of me and other passengers. The room is clean. The food prepared was really tasty.👅 I highly recommend this cruise trip, nice and modern with affordable price. Give 10/10

It was a wonderful experience from coach to transfer boat ride to cruise! The coach was on time and the driver was friendly. The transfer boat's fumes was still bearable. The cruise was wonderful, with comfy beds and buffet lunches. The staff which were Happy, Timmy and the team on board the cruise were especially helpful and friendly! The activites planned were memorable, safe and engaging. The contact person Mikey was helpful and explained everything clearly.

The cruise was cool and comfortable. The guide was very interesting and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was my first time in Halong Bay and I loved it. During the cruise ride, people from all over the world gathered together, laughed, joked and had fun. It was an amazing experience. The agency is STT TRAVEL.
