The experience was great. The monk described the practices of temple food in Korea for about 30 minutes, and it was all live translated. After that, he demonstrated what we were going to cook, and then it was our turn to cook and eat it. The cooking was done in groups of four. The whole class took about 1h and 30 minutes.

The cooking class is absolutely an incredible experience to take a deep dive into the Korean temple cuisine! The staff was amazing and the dish that we got to prepare and enjoy was delicious. I would do it again!

Découverte de la cuisine de temple dans une ambiance conviviale et chaleureuse. Recette simple et savoureuse avec des ingrédients de saison. Une bénévole était présente tout le long du cours pour assurer la traduction en anglais. Pensez à bien apporter une serviette (non fournie) et des contenants pour repartir avec le reste de la préparation que vous n’aurez pas fini.

This class was amazing! Enjoyed working with people from around the world and teaming together to make the dish, I would recommend others to do this as well.

I really enjoyed the cooking class ^^ It was my first time joining a traditional Korean cooking class. There was a translator who helped me with translation. The red bean paste was delicious :) Next time, I would like to try a different recipe. If the cooking class names are listed on the website, it would be great because I could choose the class I want to join.

Very interesting and fun class. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. cooking time is quite rushed so stay focused ^^

Love the cooking experience and the taste of the cooked food

Malheureusement j’ai été très déçu de l’activité les “plats” au menu était un jus et un gâteau. Vous êtes par 3/4 par paillasse c’est à dire que vous ne cuisinez seulement 1/3 du “repas” (car pour le jus il n’y avais quasiment rien à faire) j’ai donc seulement coupé une poire et formé des boules pour le gâteau. C’est censé être un cours de cuisine mais vous ne faites rien apars regarder autant le faire chez sois. Pour le prix c’est abusé surtout le peu de quantité dans l’assiette à la fin
