Celebrating Chinese New Year here was truly unforgettable. The hotpot was outstanding — fresh ingredients, rich and flavorful broth, and authentic Sichuan taste. The cultural performance added an amazing festive atmosphere, making the experience both fun and immersive. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. Es war absolut fantastisch. Der Gutschein hat wunderbar funktioniert und ich habe gleich zu Beginn ohne Probleme mein Ticket bekommen. Die ersten Schritte in den Saal waren unglaublich. Man hat sich wie in einer anderen Welt gefühlt. Das Essen und die Vorführungen waren fantastisch. Auch wenn der Preis etwas teurer ist, bereute ich es zu keiner Zeit. Gleich zu Beginn wurde mir auch eine Speisekarte in Englisch gereicht, mit den genauen Gerichten, was es gibt und wie lange diese im Hotpot garen müssen. Für mich als Hotpot-Neuling super. Zum Abschluss kann ich nur sagen: Absolut fantastisch und definitiv lohnenswert.

雖然提前進場，並出示QR code換票入場，但櫃檯人員不識Klook的兌換碼，無法順利換票，後來經過出示相關電子郵件證明後，工作人員以拍照郵件的方式，讓我們順利完成換票作業。入場前告知有當日壽星，無需出示證明文件，本以為就只是贈個小點心之類的，沒想到店家竟如此用心，除了在座位區做了花瓣和燈卡的佈置外，還贈送“肉片蛋糕”＆“特製壽麵一碗”，工作人員獻上祝福後，還加贈一組很有質感的“特調水果酒”，表演和餐食都非常精彩、用心，圓形座位區視野很好，完全不會被柱子擋住，第一排座位區很有互動感，但用餐會稍感壓迫（距離舞者太近），比較推薦第二排座位區，有臨場感又不會有用餐時的壓迫感，非常推薦來成都一定要來體驗看看！

overall the experience is good. full quality is good too. quantity is good as well, they don’t skim on portion. service is good as well. performanace is worth it too.

The food was fairly good and service was paced well with the performance. Performance also had interesting links to Chengdu. It was a good experience overall.

Overall, the experience was enjoyable. One of the key advantages of the VIP package is the seating arrangement, which allows guests to enjoy the performance from the front with an unobstructed view. VIP guests also receive their dishes more promptly, enhancing the overall dining experience. The quality of the food was acceptable and reasonably aligned with the price paid. One point that could be communicated more clearly is that the VIP package does not automatically include makeup and costume services. These must be booked separately as part of a makeup package. We only became aware of this upon arrival and paid the additional charges on-site. Furthermore, no professional photoshoot was included with the package. For those intending to dress up and take photographs, I would strongly recommend arriving at least two hours before the performance. This provides sufficient time for costume selection, makeup application, and photography before the show begins.

Nhà hàng có chỉ dẫn ở dưới tòa nhà nên khá dễ tìm. Tầng 1 có nhân viên hỗ trợ bấm thang và hướng dẫn. Đồ ăn đầy đặn và hợp khẩu vị.

One of a kind in the world. Amazing. Good food, good show. At first I felt it could be expensive, but after the show I felt it is worth every penny.

Beautifully and gracefully done performance! It was my brother’s birthday and i requested for a small cake, they even went thru the length to prepare a candle and small bookmark gift for him ☺️

the staff rescheduled us and upgraded us to VIP (front row seats get the full experience!). we had dietary restrictions too and they catered to that without problems. overall, this was the highlight of my entire chengdu trip. the performances were mesmerising, the service was impeccable and the performers were all engaging and good looking in their costumes.
