The tour was very worth it! We were able to see the breathtaking view of Sung Sot Cave and take pictures at Ti-top. Our tour guide Sam is also very friendly, kind and he always checks on us. This was one of the highlight of our Hanoi trip and we were not dissapointed.

i cant describe, its so amazing. place and activity is good bus to take us on tour is good. more of it, meet many nice people. and the tour guide Thonh is really good guy, he have the passion and patient to everybody. really well recomended!!! and all my family happy with this tour.

This Ha Long Bay cruise was absolutely stunning! The scenery was breathtaking, and everything was well-organized from start to finish. The cruise itself was well-organized and comfortable, offering a perfect mix of relaxation and exploration. The itinerary was thoughtfully curated kayaking through hidden lagoons, exploring majestic limestone caves, and enjoying peaceful sunsets from the deck. Every detail was taken care of, allowing us to simply enjoy the beauty around us. What truly made the trip unforgettable was our tour guide, Tung, so detailed, knowledgeable, and passionate. He shared fascinating insights about the area’s history and geology that made every stop more meaningful. Highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Vietnam!

Overall, the Halong bay day tour cruise with HuyLoc Hercules Luxury Cruise had been great. My family enjoyed our very much. We love that we were in the newer ship of HuyLoc and some of the facilities we're really new while some were just ok. Staff of the crew had been nothing but amazing. They were very polite, attentive and assisted us all the way. The bus driver and the tour guide were also nice, our tour guide Paul had assisted and gave us enough informations of what we need to know about Halong Bay. The food was sumptous, though we hope they really filled out the dishes/plates that were empty like they said but they didn't. Also, it would have been nicer if there are at least water along with our meals besides from the drinks that you need to buy. The experience itself was really amazing.

The whole experience is was something to remember. From the cruise and staff who were friendly and accommodating. The sights were also breathtaking. Shoutout to our amazing guide Paul who we do recommend and really was one of our main highlights of the Ha Long Bay Tour! If you get him as your guide it will sure be an amazing tour!!!

thanks for our guide, Jacky, this tour is well organized and going smoothly. We departed from our hotel in old quarter, the pick up was on the time exactly as planned. We arrived at a pearl village or a shop at around 11:30 am, that was what I didn’t expect. The guide of the village showed us how to plant a pearl, after that we had to pass through a shop with a lot of pearl products. The prices are pretty high, but we don’t know the prices of pearls elsewhere. We arrived the harbor around 12 am. We ate a great free lunch first, drinks were not included. (Plastic bottle is not allowed in Halong bay, but you may keep your bottle water in your bag after drinking). After that, we visited all the sights as planned, everything was prefect! After all, the tour in Halong Bay is awesome and unforgettable, highly recommended!

Overall tour is great. Our tour guide (Hung & Jackie) with well spoken English. The scenery of Halong bay is fantastic! We tried the bamboo boat and it was a very good experience. Highly recommend this tour package!

Our tour guide today, Jackey, was excellent. He entertained us well and provided detailed explanations throughout the tour. He patiently waited and collected us in front of the Opera House, which was very convenient. However, the journey to Halong Bay took quite some time as we had to pick up other passengers along the way. We departed at 8 AM and only reached the jetty to board the cruise around noon. We traveled as a family of five, including two young children, and found the cruise very comfortable. The kids especially enjoyed swimming in the hot jacuzzi, which was a highlight for them. The only downside was that each stop—be it at the beach, cave, or kayaking station—felt overly crowded with tourists from other boats. Perhaps the tour operators could coordinate schedules between different cruises to avoid congestion at these checkpoints, making the experience more enjoyable for everyone. Lastly, Jackey's enthusiasm and engaging explanations during the cave tour were commendable and added to the overall experience. Thank you for a memorable trip!

Really liked the cruise and our tour guide Flora was very helpful and went out her way to help us! They later asked for feedback and any suggestions so that was really nice too. I only wish the drinks were included too, at least something to drink. Also I wasn’t the biggest fan of the food, but people in my group were. The boat itself is very modern and clean, the bus is comfortable, can recline the seat and nap comfortably :)

We had a fantastic time on this tour! Everything was well-organized, and the tour guides were friendly and knowledgeable. The schedule was perfect—not too rushed—and we thoroughly enjoyed all the places we visited. The speed boat and bamboo boat experiences were the highlights for us. We felt so special, as it was just me and my husband on the bamboo boat—it felt like a private ride! The tour guide made it even better by taking so many photos for us. The transport was comfortable, and the food was excellent. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and memorable trip!
