Луксозен дневен круиз Hercules Grand: залив Ха Лонг, Сунг Сот, Ти Топ

We did the tour on July 14, 2026 and loved the service and quality of the Hercules Grand Luxury Day Cruise in Ha Long Bay. We were already in Ha Long, so the meetup was at 11:10 AM. Nam, our tour guide, was communicative throughout the process. He was knowledgable about all our stops and gladly took our pictures too. The food was varied and of good quality; they had unique dishes like jellyfish salad. The boat was new and clean. It was relaxing enjoying the jacuzzi after the trip. They also had a spacious upstairs seating area that allows you to enjoy the view of the entire Ha Long scenery. The activities at each stop were very fun. I loved kayaking as we were able to see monkeys. They were so cute and very interactive with people because they had food to give. It was amazing to see wildlife up close. The cave was another amazing moment, I didn't even expect it to be that huge. It was enormous. The climb up 400 steps was totally worth it. Thank you to the crew and guides of Hercules!

Изключително приятна еднодневна екскурзия, много благодарим на Klook и Джейсън за прекрасното организиране на цялото пътуване. Круизният кораб е чисто нов, чист и много добре поддържан, с любезен персонал и вкусна храна. Резервацията беше безпроблемна, лимузината ни взе точно навреме, пътуването беше изключително комфортно. Направихме разходка с бамбукова лодка и пещерите бяха просто невероятни, имайте предвид, че трябва да се изкачат над 400 стъпала, но си заслужава абсолютно. Островът беше малко пренаселен. Сервираха ни и следобеден чай и закуски и приключихме деня си навреме.

導遊Jason非常的親切，講解了很多故事，照顧我們的需求、聊天並幫大家拍照。強烈推薦參加這個行程，不僅是郵輪很高級、很新，而且很穩，午餐buffet 也很棒還有烤生蠔能吃，下午活動結束也有點心跟水果，其中一個自費行程是坐遊艇遊覽，我建議一定要選這個自費行程，因為很值得、可以看到很多很美的景！除了去下龍灣，還去了很大的驚奇洞，不要待在船上，驚奇洞的階梯不多、很容易攀爬，一定要去看看這個法國人跟著猴子發現的洞穴～

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Best Ha Long Bay day trip. The whole experience was smooth from start to finish. The tour company contacted me via WhatsApp in advance, and the guide confirmed pickup details the night before. Pickup was punctual, and the bus was comfortable with spacious, reclinable seats. Special shoutout to our guide, Henry, he was funny, helpful, and knowledgeable. The cruise was clean and spacious, with pre-arranged dining seats, so everything was well-organized. The buffet lunch was delicious, but drinks are not included (including water). Itinerary: Ti Top Island, Luon Cave, Sung Sot Cave. At Luon Cave, I chose the speed boat (300,000 VND/pax), it was fun and went much further out in the bay, and the guide shared insights along the way. Kayak (will get wet) and bamboo boat (won’t) go under the cave, but I didn’t regret my choice. Shower facilities and towels are provided onboard. The cruise is quite new (~3 months), so fewer reviews, but definitely worth booking!

This excursion was nothing short ord amazing! I will probably rave about it to anyone willing to listen for the next few weeks! The boat cruise is as represented in the pictures on here. Luxurious, large and clean. The tour guide (Henry) is well informed on the history and current information on Vietnam, as well as on the different sites you visit. He is polite and very helpful. As an English tourist, I have to commend his fluency. The staff on the cruise is efficient and friendly. The food was delicious- probably the best I have had on my trip so far. All the locations were well organised. The staff members at all points (bus, on the cruise and at the stops) were very kind and friendly. If you are a solo traveler, the staff is more that happy to take your pictures onboard and off. This was an experience of a lifetime. Thank you to everyone involved in the process and hope you keep up the stellar work for other tourists.

5月2日に1人で参加しました。ガイドのNamさんはとても親切で、気遣いの言葉をたくさんかけていただきました。ベトナムの歴史、ハロン湾の歴史、洞窟の説明も十分な内容で、指示も的確で分かりやすかったです。明瞭な英語を話すので少しでも英語がわかる方はこちらのツアーでも楽しめると思います。ドライバーの運転も丁寧でした。リムジンバスの車内は綺麗で、各座席に充電できる差し込み口がありました。(USB, Type-C両方あり)クルーズの前に真珠の養殖場に立ち寄り、指輪などの購入も可能です。クルーズ船は別のツアー客も一緒に乗船し、同じ料理(ビュッフェ)が提供されます。料理は全て美味しかったです。ドリンクは有料で、店で買うより高く感じました。ティートップ島の頂上に続く階段は急で狭いので、登る人は気をつけてください。ガイドをはじめ、全てが最高でした。最後に、ガイドのNamさん、お世話になりました。

Great activity to do when you're in Hanoi, the whole tour was a cool experience. However, the lunch buffet is just so-so and the drinks require payment, even the water isn't free. The afternoon tea and snacks were a nice touch. Stops are crowded, seems like the government isn't into crowd control in the islands and just wants money, nature is already suffering. Regardless, the ship is new and very clean, pristine condition compared to the other ships there. Our guide Jayson was also nice and helpful btw. Bus dropped us off back at old quarter at around 8:30pm ish.

New spacious ship with modern amenities. The dining area is clean and the jacuzzi is a nice inclusion. The staff on the ship were attentive and polite. The scenery was amazing and the activities planned (banana boat and cave visit) were really enjoyable. The tour guide (Nam) was very sincere and polite. He cares for his passengers and took effort to explain the history of Hanoi and the facts about Halong Bay. He also provided humorous commentary in the cave. Overall, a really enjoyable itinerary that was not too rushed. Good job to the staff and tour guide for Hercules GRAND!

Highly recommended. The Hercules Grand Luxury day cruise is definitely one of the highlights of my trip. The boat is pretty new, clean and elegant. Service was great. Buffet lunch was delicious with varieties. The tour didn't feel rushed as I was able to enjoy every location we stopped at, as well as relax on a sunbed at the boat's rooftop. Special thanks to our energetic tour guide, MR. HENRY. He's the best! Everything was was well organized and everyone was taken care of, considering we were a big group. He's also knowledgeable - I've learned much about Vietnam's history & relevant infos as he shared on our way to the port. No dull moment. The hotel pick-up & drop-off were seamless. Halong Bay is breathtaking. The Sung Sot Cave was a bit of a climb but worth it. We explored the Luon Cave and were given the options to ride a wooden bamboo boat or a speedboat or do kayaking. I opted for a wooden boat for a "chill vibe" ride. I truly had a great time.

Worth every minute — Luxury day cruise in Halong Bay. I booked the Hercules Grand Cruise through Klook and it turned out to be one of the best parts of my Vietnam trip. The boat is very modern, clean, and elegant- feels like a 5-star floating lounge. The staff were friendly, attentive, and well organized from boarding until the end of the trip. Everything ran smoothly and on time. Cruising through Ha Long Bay was absolutely breathtaking. Lunch on board was delicious with a good variety of dishes. The activities were well planned- kayaking but we chose the speedboat around (300.000 VD/person),and lastly we went to Sung Sot Cave it was an amaxing experience i had and the sightseeing, and relaxing moments were perfectly balanced, so the trip never felt rushed.What I loved most was the relaxing, premium atmosphere. It didn’t feel crowded, and you could really enjoy the scenery in comfort. Highly recommended if you want a luxurious, well-organized day cruise experience in Halong Bay.
