• For all tickets requiring real-name booking (such as train tickets and scenic area tickets), accurate and complete information (name, gender, ID number, nationality, contact information, etc.) must be provided in accordance with official requirements to avoid booking errors and impact travel. • If you are traveling on weekends or holidays, considering the unpredictable nature of traffic congestion and crowds at scenic spots during holidays, which may cause uncertainty in your return time, we do not recommend booking transportation (such as flights, trains, etc.) for the same day as your return trip to avoid unnecessary losses.
• When shopping at scenic spots, restaurants, rest stops, or other locations, we remind you to consume rationally according to your needs and request receipts as evidence in case of future disputes. The organizers do not assume any responsibility for this.
• For safety reasons, minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by at least one adult relative; if there are elderly people aged 70 (inclusive) or above in the travel party, they must be accompanied by at least one relative aged 18-60 to participate in the tour.
• For this trip, we will purchase travel accident insurance from a Chinese travel agency for you. However, we will need you to provide your personal identification information. You can also purchase other types of travel insurance according to your personal needs.

• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given

Confirmation

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the booking. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• Partial refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: Some of the activities are cancelled
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Refunds can't be issued for any participants who are late by 2 hour(s) or more
• Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
