The hotel room is large and dry, but the buffet dinner is average and the food is not very fresh.
This was my first time booking a hotel through Klook, and the experience was terrible. I placed the order online, and then I received an email saying there were no rooms available, and I had to pay extra to upgrade from a superior room to a deluxe room. Although it was only an extra $100, it was still annoying, and I had to exchange several emails and pay the price difference online again. When I arrived at the hotel, I had booked two rooms with king-size beds online. The hotel said that Klook didn't specify this when placing the order, and only requested twin beds. They said I had to communicate with Klook customer service, which took half an hour and didn't lead to any resolution. I had to accept the twin beds. In the end, I'm staying here, and I'm not even sure if it's a superior room or a deluxe room. 1. The process was troublesome. If I hadn't checked my email, customer service wouldn't have been able to notify me that there were no rooms available. 2. The order was not as requested. I booked a king-size bed, but customer service didn't correctly place the order. You get what you pay for. It was a waste of time, and my confidence is greatly reduced!
The handover was completely out of control, the room was not vacated until dusk, the hygiene was sloppy, the water tank leaked, there were black stains on the countertops when I wiped them with disinfectant paper towels, the pillows were too soft, and I had a neck pain until the morning. Although the air conditioner was repaired by a repairman, it was fixed at 24 degrees and could not be adjusted at all. It even turned off automatically at night. The breakfast seems to have a lot of choices, but they all use coarse ingredients and are not cooked well. None of them are outstanding. There are only one or two kinds of fruits, not even watermelon! One word difference!
