This was a wonderul experience and my partner and I really enjoyed learning how to cook authentic Indonesian food from Head Chef Denny. We were welcomed by Denny in the morning and took us to the local market to buy the ingredients required for the dishes we're cooking. He was very informative and was able to offer alternative options for vegetables not easly found in Australia. The pastry chef assisted with the demonstration for making the traditional Indonesian desserts. The sambal was exceptionally flavourful, the instructions from Denny was very clear and he kept us engaged throughtout the cooking class. 10/10 for memorable experience!
