The klook team messed up the booking - apparently they did not do the back to back booking with the show. However, i was in touch with the vendor/ klook over Whatsapp who helped and we could enter the show last minute. 4 stars for the Klook for helping last minute.
We were worried that the tickets wouldn't work because we read some reviews about it. The Day of the Show Klook send us a number per WhatsApp which we used to collect the tickets. We showed the number in the ticket office and we were able to collect them. Some people were at the ticket office with false tickets sold from a person at a Gate, so be careful. weather conditions are important because it is an open air show. we found the show itself very entertaining. The make a really good spectacle with lights and an amazing view on the background. A really good experience. If you're not travelling with an agency, you don't need to worry about the way back, because there are always Didi. You just need to wait a little bit.
I liked the show. It's really colorful and quite colorful. Beautiful costumes, lighting and atmosphere of songs and dances on the slope of Tianmen Mountain. But there were problems getting a ticket. At the checkout, none of the cashiers had even heard of Klook. There was no person next to the klook sign either. I spent an hour of time and nerves trying to get tickets. When I already wanted to buy new tickets on the spot, they finally issued me my tickets purchased through klook. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend it until this problem improves.
I was embarrassed and didn't know what to do when the QR code showed that the ticket was invalid. After contacting several people via messaging and being on the verge of giving up because there was no solution, I waited until the ticket office wasn't busy and showed the clerk my Klook purchase details, opening every possible page. Finally, they found a single line of text and issued the ticket. I hope you can sell more reliable QR code tickets. There's no one to contact at night, and it's really difficult to solve problems with limited foreign language skills while traveling alone. I hope you can create admission tickets with more attention to detail.
Show was great but booking via Klook turned out to be very troublesome. counter staff didn’t recognise Klook’s QR code which resulted in delays in getting the tickets. Almost didn’t make it in time for the show cos of that. Will reco booking via the counter instead
An amazing show, magical lighting, beautiful scenery, and translations into various languages on screen. The show is outdoors, so I recommend getting VIP tickets, which include a roof. It rained, and people in the regular section got very wet, with many leaving early.
Gaode's best choice is the live performance of Tianmen Fox Fairy in Zhangjiajie. I couldn't find the entrance to the Tianmen Mountain Cableway. Fortunately, there is still time to take a taxi. The performance venues are all beautiful, and the lighting and lighting are very good. worth a look
The show was meaningful. Excellent music and lighting. The story line is great. And many bonuses on the English subtitles. If you are into tech-y and modern show, it might not be the one for you. But if you dont mind the hiccups here and there to follow the plot, it is very rich in content.
The cashier had trouble finding our ticket purchase. The barcode given by Klook is wrong. Had to look for the purchase number in another place. Beautiful show with songs of a love story. Located 45 minutes by taxi, if you are staying like us at the All seasons lodge hotel.
It’s an excellent outdoor performance worth watching! A piece of advise will be to get the VIP tickets as it is sheltered. It started raining halfway during our show and we are lucky to be seated in the sheltered area.
