Overall a pleasant but long bus ride, had the 40 seater bus all to us 4 people and the seats were comfortable. The driver spoke limited English but conveyed the journey timings and rest stop reporting timings clearly. All rest stops have toilets~ I boarded from Narita Airport Terminal 3 after taking the terminal shuttle bus from T1 to T3 (10mins ride). Alighting at T3, bus stop 6 was a short walk away. The Jamjamliner bus arrived at 0910. The driver took our attendances and placed our luggage’s in the boot before departing at 0920. Our journey’s rest stops were: 10.40am: Haneda airport 12.35pm: Kanetsu Expressway Parking Area (omiyage shops, indoor udon store, outdoor snacks and noodles store) 14.30pm: Joshinetsu Expressway Parking Area (7/11)
We arrived at Narita Terminal 1, and there's a shuttle bus at bus stop #6 outside the terminal that goes to Terminal 3. After getting off, continue looking for bus stop #6 (what a coincidence), it's not difficult at all. The driver was very polite, and we stopped at 2 rest areas along the way, arriving smoothly at Tsugaike, which was very convenient. I will definitely use it again next time.
The driver was very appreciative, kind, and professional. He reminded everyone of the meeting time and location at each rest stop. The driving was also very stable and comfortable, and most importantly, very clean! Highly recommended.
Great service for getting to and from Hakuba. Easy to reserve, ample space for luggage/ski gear (within the listed limitations), comfortable coach bus, on time, nice hosts and drivers, and convenient stops/breaks. I would use this service again on my next ski trip to Hakuba. I thought it was a very fair price as well for a ~5 hour journey.
excellent fuss free travel option to Hakuba from Narita Airport. There were several stops made along the way for light snacks and toilet breaks
JamJam should be a bus type that is adjusted according to the number of people booked. There were very few passengers on the day I booked, so a minibus was used to pick up and drop off. Because I didn’t want to be too tired, I chose the bus after ten o’clock. The layout of Haneda Airport is very clear and good, and I can find the waiting point quickly. There are two stopping points on the road where you can rest, buy food and go to the restroom. The driver will clearly inform you of the return time. The bus delay is serious, and the arrival time is correspondingly delayed for more than an hour. If you want to go night skating, I think you can choose the previous flight.
An email notification was sent out a few days ago. On the same day, I saw that the car arrived early and moved to the designated platform before the scheduled departure time. After loading the luggage and guests, it set off very on time, stopping at two rest stops along the way.
Very convenient shuttle bus, recommended for travelers carrying their own equipment. There will be two rest stops along the way. If you are flying back to your country on the same day, remember to book an evening flight. The bus departs from Hakuba and arrives at Narita Airport around 4 PM.
I used Klook to book the bus from Hakuba to Narita Airport and the whole process was really smooth. The booking was easy, the instructions were clear, and the pickup was exactly where it said it would be. The ride was comfortable and everything ran on time. It made getting from the ski resort to the airport completely hassle-free. Would definitely use it again.
bus was on time and well organised. heaps of room and I was assigned two seats along with most passengers. rest stops were good and not too short and perfect amount of time to break up the trip. amazing views along the way.
