After getting off the plane, you can exchange your ticket directly at the counter next to the water highway. After exchanging your ticket, walk down the walkway to the pier and you can see clear signs. It takes about 40 minutes to take the boat. You can enjoy the water view of Venice along the way. It is very beautiful and a very special experience.
Everything went very well. Very good organization. Ticket exchange at the counter was quick, right in front of the dock to catch the shuttle boat. The cruise was pleasant; it's a shame the windows weren't cleaner, but otherwise, everything was perfect.
-voucher from Klook is easy to use , you can go to Alilaguna counter (after collected your bag, the counter located at 1st floor) after scanned QR code from Klook , you will get a paper ticket then you can direct to the pier by 20mins walk . Good service !!
It is easy to get to the accommodation, which is more convenient than taking the bus. You don't have to walk too far with your luggage. If it is summer, the cabin will be very hot and stuffy, especially at noon.
Perfect transfer to the airport. Very helpful staff at the ticket office, printed our ticket and helped us onto the correct boat. Nice, cheaper way to see the city on the way out!
Easy to use. I have used the voucher at the exit airport exchange for the paper tickets. Then I went to the line and gave the ticket to them.
Convenient, use qR code to reception to pick up the ticket and buy it locally for euro 15
Very convenient way to go to airport . No more dragging luggage across town.
I thought it would be fun to arrive in Venice by boat, but their boat doesn't have a great view and it's not very large. So we barely got on the first boat while the people right behind us had to wait another 30 minutes for the next one. But our hotel is right next to one of their boat stops so it was still better than a bus-to-vaporetto transfer.
Did not manage to take this as there was an airport strike on the day of our travel so we had to forfeit, and we did not successfully appeal for refund. Price of ticket is close to the price in Venice boat ticket office, can consider buying on the spot instead for more flexibility if travel plans change. but definitely a preferred mode of transport to the airport due to its convenience with multiple stops for you to board from
