Gondola was great for its price and value compared to the other services. Although a bit tricky to find the meeting point at first, everything was lovely.
In principle, five people will share a boat. The total time is about 30 minutes, which is quite interesting. If you want a private space, it is better to charter the boat yourself.
Super thankful! I was supposed to be on the 11am gondola but due to tourist error (we got confused in the train station and got to the wrong train missing our on time train to venice) we couldn’t make it to our scheduled gondola but the klook customer service as well as the tour provider gladly assisted us on our on the spot request to be accomodated on the 3pm slot without additional charge. I will be forever grateful for the extended service you have given me. You helped me fulfill my childhood dream of riding the venetian gondola 🥰 grazie!!! Ciao!
It’s cheaper than buying it now! The boatman is so handsome and awesome! Quite real! It’s worth buying and you don’t have to pick up tickets very early in advance. The meeting point is very close to the boating point!
It is worth buying, and the location is easy to find. It is very clear. It is a great experience. You must buy this ticket when going to Venice.
The information does not indicate whether it is share or private. After querying klook apps, I was told that it is private. But the staff on site said it was a share and didn't give you time to communicate. Several people kept forcing me to get on the boat with a very rude attitude. Other guests on the boat asked me what was going on, and I said that when I purchased it, I stated that it was private. When the boatman heard this, he kept saying in a bad tone how much I paid, and how many years they had been doing this, it was all share. … ….Super bad experience! ! !
There were other groups at the designated location. After arriving at the scheduled time, the tour guide could not be found on site, which was very confusing. I asked other vendors at the designated location, but they were told that there was no gondola schedule at 3pm, so please come back at 5pm. When I arrived on time, I was told to come back an hour and a half later. Although I successfully participated in the itinerary, the unclear instructions that changed again and again were disappointing.
