Eligibility
- Free for children aged 0-3
- Children aged 0-17 must be accompanied by a paying adult
- Children aged 16+ will be charged the same rate as adults
Additional information
- There is no luggage storage facility at the venue
- Tripods, selfie sticks, GoPros, or similar accessories are prohibited
- Smoking is prohibited inside the venue and within 8 meters (25 feet) of the entrance
- Participants are prohibited from wearing stiletto heels in the venue. You will be asked to remove them before entering
- Costumes, non-health related masks, and props are prohibited inside the venue
- Please bring an electronic copy of your confirmation email, the credit card used for purchase, and a photo ID that matches the name on the ticket
- You are encouraged to download the ARTECHOUSE XR app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store before your arrival as you will be prompted to activate special markers to bring hidden, virtual art to life
- Please note that some of the programs utilize strong lighting effects and loud sounds
- Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue
- Dangerous materials and items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other things that may disturb or inconvenience other attendees are prohibited inside the venue
- Photography is allowed, but taking videos and photos for commercial purposes, as well as the live broadcasting of the show is strictly prohibited
- Flash photography is prohibited inside the venue
- This activity is not recommended for those with medical conditions (high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.), pregnant women, or seniors
- Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused entry or service. In this case, no refunds will be given
- This activity is wheelchair-accessible
- This activity is not stroller-friendly
