From Zurich/Bern/ Basel: Zermatt Day Trip with Gornergrat

I have participated in many itineraries on klook, and most of the reviews I have left are positive reviews with four stars or above, but this itinerary greatly disappointed me. The uphill train to the Matterhorn requires good weather, but unfortunately we happened to encounter poor weather conditions. , but this travel agency did not have any record of bad weather. The tour guide only wanted us to return to Zurich early. At the beginning, it did not provide any compensation to consumers for shortening the trip, and wanted to directly claim force majeure against consumers. It completely violated all my past participations. Travel agency experience. 2. The high tour fee actually includes three days of Swiss Travel Pass. The travel agency did not provide any explanation or communication in advance. For people like me who left Switzerland the next day, the train was in vain. (Swiss transportation is notoriously expensive) and travel agencies with "professional knowledge" have never considered booking the much cheaper Saver Day Pass for day-trippers.
