Great tour, highly recommended! We really enjoyed this tour. Our guide, Lyndon, was very informative and knowledgeable about every place we visited. He explained things clearly and shared interesting facts, so you won’t get bored at all. The pace was just right, and everything was well organized. A great experience overall!
I'm happy to have found this trip because I've been looking for one to northeast Taipei (in English). Fortunately, Mr. Lin, the driver and tour guide, spoke fluent English and was very accommodating which made me feel at ease and made the entire trip enjoyable. His recommendations for places to go and things to eat in Keelung are very good and delicious! The places we went have beautiful sceneries of Taiwan’s northeast. If you want to chill, relax and be away from the crowded tourist spots, this tour is the best for you. We covered the whole itinerary, and there’s a few hours left, so we visited Dawulun Fort, which offers a very beautiful view of Keelung!! I enjoyed and really recommend this tour! 🥰
Awesome tour guide! A very comfortable trip! Thank you Jerry for taking us, it was super fun and fun!
Get on the train at Taipei Station on time that day. Due to the weather and the number of people in the group, the itinerary is a little different. Only Bitoujiao Park is the only one in common! We sincerely recommend, the driver and tour guide will guide the tour and help take photos!
Guide Anderson is knowledgeable and shares all information with guests. He is patient, polite and courteous. Very nice guide.
Bratt, our tour guide is very professional. He led our group well, and even took photos for us!
one of the best places i’ve been in taiwan. guide is really nice and knowledgeable
Xiaohei is a professional, attentive and polite group leader, tour guide + driver. Our family (three sisters + mommy) also enjoyed the whole trip very much!
The location of the itinerary is appropriate and the time is reasonable, but the quality of the tour guides has room for improvement. Although the tour guide Jason Wang proactively contacted us one day earlier to confirm the itinerary, he did not confirm the change of meeting location, which caused a delay in the activity. He also emphasized in front of other participants that the activity was delayed because we were late! Although we arrived at the meeting point (East 1st Gate) written in the itinerary half an hour early and took photos and punched in to inform the tour guide of our arrival time and location, it turned out that the tour guide changed the meeting point to East 3rd Gate without notice. Unfortunately, I didn’t have it yet. Learn to be a psychic, otherwise you can know where the tour guide is. In addition, the people traveling on this group tour spoke English, and the tour guide simply gave up explaining in Chinese and conducted the itinerary in English that we did not understand, which greatly affected the experience. In addition, the tour guide even gave up the explanation. He did not introduce the scenic spots or explain the scenery along the way. He just left us to fend for ourselves at the scenic spots and asked us to go directly to the itinerary. It was really disappointing. Finally, this was my first time to experience a one-day tour. I didn’t expect to be responsible for the tour guide’s lunch and dinner. During lunch, he always recommended us to eat a luxurious seafood meal, and then I had to pay for his meal. , the seafood you ordered must also be eaten by the tour guide. And he had been deliberately delaying the trip since the morning, so when we returned in the evening, he could use the excuse that to avoid traffic jams, he recommended that we have dinner first before starting the return trip, and then said that since we ate at the restaurant, he could have the guided tour meal provided by the restaurant for free. This trip experience was really bad.
