Driver is friendly. He speaks simple English to accommodate non-Chinese speaking passengers. If you do requires explanation, try asking some of the passengers that speaks and understands mandarin.

Bad weather as it was rainy on the mountain top and can’t see much due to the fog. However the driver is very kind and tried his best to bring us around. 5/5 for the driver!

No long queue upon collection. Easy to access and hassle free.

The tour will push through despite zero visibility due to heavy fog and bad weather. Suggest that the organizer should warn customers first (show a picture of the level of visibility) prior departure so customers can still opt out of the tour.

The driver is very amicable and friendly and the local eateries offer superb food. However, the weather is not good and smoggy.

Wanted to cancel the trip due to bad weather day before. Klook didn’t reply. So I went ahead with the tour. Driver is a very friendly and patient man. Overall experience is good.

It was raining that day and couldn’t see much due to the thick fog. But what made me really upset is the fact that I requested for a refund more than 3 days before the day of the tour , knowing that there would be bad weather due to the typhoon. However, klook refuse to let me cancel my booking. Instead requested me to produce documentations of the any flight cancellations before processing the cancellation for me. This is unlike what is stated on the website that there is free cancellation 3 days before the tour. Everyone was soaked thru out the trip. Truly disappointing.
