8.45am.. the ignition key was click and off we go. The drive was smooth and we arrived at our 1st spot and it was a viewpoint of valley and mountains. It was gorgeous. Next we arrived at Inveraray castle… what was breathtaking was the lake down the road. Because it was a cloudy day, the opaque water was a mirror reflecting the surrounding. We next arrived for lunch in the seaside town of Oban. Do walk up the slope and get an bird eye view of the city… it’s worth it.Busy and plenty of cute shops and restaurants. Now… we zip into the mountains in Glencoe. Brace yourself…. it’s sublime however, there wasn’t enough time nor opportunity to alight for photo. Callum our guide, did stop once for us to indulge for photos. We had a great time. We were very prompt.
The local tour guide is good. We went up to the mountains and saw the rare scenery. The tour guide is familiar with the local area and explains in detail. You can listen to the history while riding in the car.
