Seoul International Fireworks Festival 2023

Being able to sit back & get a front (unobstructed) view of the river during the fireworks is worth the ticket. Also got to visit the nearby 63 Building as part of the package. First time visit & impressed with the quality of the attractions, especially the observatory & museum. The aquarium at the basement surprised me the most! Never seen Otters up close before! The mermaid show is a nice ending.

1. it is a combo ticket, namely including the 2023 seoul firework show AND sky art 63 + aquarium 63. 2. sky art 63: nice view and nice art exhibition of Max Dalton. I enjoyed my time there. 3. Aquarium 63: tbh it's such a cruel thing to see wildlife being captured in tanks... I don't recommend. 4. 2023 seoul firework show: horrifically crowded, it's quite terrible and some onsite satffs are not trained with this Klook package deetails - basically some of them didn't know this. Some of them were helpful though. Crowd control wad such a mess. But this deal offered your the best view. Even though you only got one simple plastic chair "seat", the view is stunning.

The fireworks are very beautiful, spectacular and unique. The itinerary arrangement and service attitude are very good.

I happily went to Seoul during the National Day holiday and happened to see an advertisement for KLOOK on Xiaohongshu saying that there will be a fireworks festival on the night of October 7th. You can pay them to buy the best fireworks viewing seat on the 63 Building, although I have never seen it before. I have heard of this KLOOK (now I know it is a scam company), but I still registered an account and paid nearly 1,500 yuan. On the day of the day, I took a taxi to the designated place to pick up the tickets as required, but there were already people within 2 kilometers of the place where I picked up the tickets. The road was blocked by the government and there was traffic control, so we had no choice but to get off the car and walk to the ticket collection place. However, the area around the ticket collection place (Yeoina subway station) was already crowded with people. In order to prevent a stampede, the Seoul police did not allow us to go to the Han River anymore. It was crowded (I don’t understand why Klook arranged the ticket pick-up location by the Han River when it knew there would be a huge crowd of people that night during the fireworks festival). In desperation, I tried to call Klook’s customer service number, but couldn’t get through at all. I could only contact customer service online. , and informed that the fireworks festival was about to start, but the customer service of this scammer company was just a show-off. We could only take a detour and walk for nearly 20 minutes to the 63 Building (which is what they call the place to watch fireworks). As a result, the reception desk of the building did not know that there was such an arrangement for watching fireworks. We showed the order to the reception desk. , the reply I received was that I had never received a notification (I seriously suspect that this is a money fraud from beginning to end). After returning to China, I asked customer service every day how to solve this problem. They kept saying that they were contacting the supplier for confirmation. Finally, the confirmation result came out and they refused to refund! We spent nearly 1,500 yuan plus 23,600 won for a taxi and got this experience. This is our first time using Klook and it will also be our last! We will spare no effort to persuade everyone not to use these unfamiliar apps and not to be attracted by their advertisements, because you have no idea where the bottom line of these scam companies is! You can't beat front row seats to the show without having to wait in the park for hours during the day to get a good spot to view the show.

You have a reserved seat and can come and go as you like for a while. Drinks were okay, but no food was allowed. The place to watch the fireworks was right in front of the river, so there was no obstruction and the fireworks were very close and very impressive! It was very good!
