Once you're done shopping, make your way to the classroom with your group and enjoy a refreshing drink before the lesson begins. Learn how to make popular Thai dishes from your professional instructors, including various curries, Pad Thai, and even desserts like Sticky Rice with Mango! The small class size, with a maximum of ten students, allows you to get detailed, step-by-step instructions on how to make every dish, including your very own curry paste for the curry. Once you're done cooking, you'll get to know your class as you taste the fruits of your labors and enjoy the dishes you've made yourself. If you're taking the full day class, you'll also learn how to make coconut milk and coconut oil, as well as cook your own lunch and dinner. Should you have any leftovers, you're free to pack it up to bring home, before you get dropped off back at your hotel.
