We got to our destination safely, and the bus was on time. Super convenient. You can easily find the meeting spot. I totally recommend it if you don't want to walk a lot just to get to Disneyland, especially if you're with an older person.

Driver was on time and holding a Klook sign so very easy to identify the driver. Return pick up point from Disney Sea is in the huge carpark motorcycle area. Disney Sea is really huge too, so make sure to give enough time to get to the carpark (20 mins walk from attraction Frozen to pick up point) Strongly recommend to book this transfer as returning on your own could be a nightmare at closing time. literally everyone is rushing and squeezing into public train/bus. And after a long day of queuing for attractions, this transfer service is a god send

It's very convenient, making it easy to get from Ueno to Disney, saving a lot of travel time and conserving energy. It was a bit stuffy on the bus (it seemed the air conditioning wasn't on, only the windows were open). The driver spoke Chinese, so you could ask him questions. We bought a round-trip ticket, and for the return trip, we had to quickly go to the designated spot to wait for the bus after watching the fireworks.

After an early start for a full day at Disney, plus shopping with lots of bags, taking the bus back to Ueno or Asakusa is very convenient. You avoid crowded subways, and the meeting time isn't too early, so you can even watch the parade before leaving (DisneySea).

The pick-up location in Asakusa is easy to find, right in the building across from Kaminarimon! We had the same driver for both days of transfers, he was truly dedicated. He was very kind and told us exactly where to get on the bus! However, on July 17th, on the return trip from the ocean to Asakusa, I think I left my umbrella on the bus, which is a bit upsetting ☹️
