Reviews
Osman Osman, the guide, was very kind and although it must have been hard to take care of many people, he took good care of each and every one of us. The food was also really delicious. ㅋㅋㅋ Although the schedule started early, it was the best among the tours in Turkey. ㅋ
Our guide was really helpful and had even lend us some cash as we didn't bring any. He gave us brief information about the place and would even emphasize the time that we will spend in each itinerary. Bus was comfortable although a little tension occurred between some passengers but was later on resolved. Would definitely recommend the tour, just make sure you get enough rest before joining and make sure to wear comfortable clothing and bring water! ☺️
I recently had the most amazing travel experience, and a huge part of that was thanks to our exceptional tour guide usmaan. From the moment the trip began, he brought the perfect balance of professionalism, knowledge, and personality. Every stop on our journey was enriched with fascinating stories, local insights, and hidden gems we would have never found on our own. usmaan was not only incredibly well-informed but also genuinely passionate about the culture and history of the places we visited. he always patient with questions, attentive to everyone’s needs, and full of helpful tips that made the whole trip smooth and enjoyable. He made the entire experience stress-free and unforgettable. If you’re planning a trip and want it to be memorable for all the right reasons, having a great tour as usmaan guide makes all the difference. thank you and hope to see you again
I was bit concerned about this tour agency as they haven't contacted us till 7pm on the previous day regarding pick up details. After that we tried to contact them and they confirmed the pick up time and told pick up will be from hotel. But next morning the driver contacted us as he could not see us in the pickup location which was 7 minute walk from the hotel. We had to rush to that point since the bus was waiting for us. All except this mis communication was good. We have provided 3 hours time in heiropolin for sight seeing. 3 hours wont be sufficient to cover the whole area and ancient city within the same premise. They halted for breakfast. The lunch was an awesome buffet.
Recommended tour. Our guide Osman did a good job. His explanations on the Hierapolis ruins was clear. He gave us enough time to walk around Pamukkale travertines & visit the museum. Eventhough, there was a lot of walking at the Hierapolis grounds, he ensures that no one was left behind. Lunch at Castella Villa was wonderful. Buffet spread was delicious with a lot of choices. Overall, we enjoyed the trip.
My only complaint with this tour are the 3 stopovers on our way to Pamukkale. For every stopover, we were given 30mins and even longer at the Onyx (for demonstration/sales) shop. The time spent on these place should be lessened as the allotted 3 hrs is not sufficient to enjoy Pamukkale, the Ancient city and Cleopatra's bath. On our way back to Antalya, there was only one stopover, which is a testament to the fact that the tour participants don't need too many stopovers Imagine the travel time from Antalya to the site was 6.5hrs including pickup and stopovers while our travel time from the site to our hotel was only 3.5hrs with stopover.
the experiences was great
Even though we left early, it was totally worth it to arrive at Pamukkale without running into other tour groups and being able to take pictures at our leisure! I was also worried that everyone would leave too early to eat breakfast, but they arranged for us to stop at a rest area where we could use the restroom and also buy a traditional breakfast, which was really thoughtful! The tour guide explained the history of the ancient city and Pamukkale very diligently, and even told us the little stories of Apollo and King Midas with the donkey ears 🤣 There was also more than an hour of free time, allowing everyone to freely choose whether to visit the north side of the ancient city, the museum, participate in a hot air balloon or paragliding, or take pictures at the best photo spots in Pamukkale 📷 For lunch, we even went to a luxurious restaurant to enjoy a delicious buffet! I really loved and enjoyed this trip, everyone should definitely not miss it!
I wanted to visit Pamukkale, and I had a fulfilling trip through the tour. Osman, the guide, explained everything one by one in a very pleasant way, making it a fun and informative day. Also, I left my hat in the car during the tour, and I received it safely the next day through the guide. Thank you for contacting me first about the hat's whereabouts and for taking such good care of it.
It's a late review, but I'm posting it. It was scheduled to be picked up at 5:30 in Antalya and arrived at 5:30 p.m. In conclusion, I recommend that you worry about visiting Pamukkale because of time and transportation. Pamuk was a place worth seeing just for this amount of time. The guide I was with (I forgot his name) gave me just the right explanation and gave me plenty of free time, so I was able to enjoy Pamukkale to my heart's content. There were a lot of reviews saying the lunch wasn't that good, but maybe because I'm an old lady, it wasn't bad. Especially the chicken is good!. I recommend it.
