The operator whatsapp ahead of the transfer to inform & confirm the booking. This is a shared van transfer so the driver will drop off passengers one by one. They were efficient. The van had a heater inside, which was good as the weather was really cold. Overall, highly recommended.

I was worried because they said they would have a list of names right after I got out, but I found it right away and waited for about 5 minutes before getting on. The driver was kind and nice! He spoke a little Korean and arrived safely. It was nice that he dropped me off right in front of the hotel.
