Aoraki Mt Cook Flight Experience with Alpine or Snow Landing

Highly recommended for everyone. The whole flight was fun and scenery is amazing from beginning to end. Shout out to the Captain Nigel for buttery smooth ride, you are amazing pilot. Also, the whole crew of The Helicopter Line for awesome service. I will be back.

This was a very exciting flight experience. Due to personal reasons, I couldn't walk, so I decided to take a helicopter to see the snow-capped mountains. As expected, the scenery was breathtaking. The staff was very polite and answered all my questions. After getting off the plane, I returned to the lounge and found that my myopic glasses were left on the helicopter, so I told the staff and they ran back to help me find them. Thank you 🙏

Staff were friendly and approachable. Awesome experience that is family friendly. Definitely worth to revisit again!

Due to bad weather my 55min helicopter trip got cancelled, instead went in the 40min one. Nice experience, would recommend it to everyone.

Unfortunately due to bad weather, our 55mins package was rescheduled twice and later downgraded to 20mins ride. Received the partial refund due to the downgraded package within 1 week after raising a case with Klook.

We flew on 4/20. The helicopter company explained that in this season, the snow-capped mountains cannot be seen in a 20-minute flight, so we increased the price and changed it to a 40-minute flight. The flight experience was great, the scenery was beautiful, and there were complete safety measures for babies. We landed in the snow. Finally, the captain will help take photos and leave beautiful memories for the whole family.

Really enjoyed this experience and was lucky enough to have a sunny day for it. However, for the 20-minute tour in the summer, the glacier experience doesn't fly to the actual glacier, but only stays beside ice blocks. Still, it was very novel and fun. If you want to participate in a glacier experience with actual glaciers, you need to join a longer tour because the distance is further. But for us first-timers, 25 minutes was more than enough and novel.

Great and beautiful experience. We booked at 1600 flight but they gave us at 1200 because we came early. We thought it was a good deal so we accepted it. The staff there are all friendly. Unfortunately for our flight we didn't get to land on mountain top snow because it was too cloudy. We felt a bit disappointed because we wanted to feel and take pictures on mountain top. The staff was kind enough to apologised and refunded us NZ$38 per person but still we miss the experience land on the mountain top.
