Our guide, Igor, was very good at speaking and spoke English well, so we had a great time. The food and drinks were all delicious and there was plenty of them. We were able to buy things we wanted along the way, so it was a good choice to take a private tour.
I do NOT recommend this tour at all. The tour guide did not show up and we waited 15 minutes before the scheduled time until 20 minutes after. I did not receive any contact information either so I could not even call or text to find out where they were.
The meeting location provided by your platform is wrong, which caused great trouble to the customer. He almost couldn't meet the tour guide for this trip. Please find out the reason and give us an explanation.
