THIS IS A SCAM. DO NOT BOOK. We arrived at the dock 45 minutes before our booking, only to find no staff members anywhere. The boat in the ad was there but looked run down and out of action. We were approached by a woman trying to sell us tickets on a water taxi who told us the boat we had booked was not running, and we need to go on the water taxi instead. This water taxi was not what we paid for. We had been scammed. I have been in contact with the very poor customer service email who has not been helpful and is denying me a refund. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR EFFORT OR MONEY. THIS AD IS A SCAM. boat condition: boat is broken down and does not run itinerary: did not even depart guide: no staff present at sight safety: replacement water taxi was small, poor, disgusting, dirty, no food or bar, only seats
i chose 11 am for departure from the port..the lady told us that the departure is 1130 am...accdng to the fine print we should be there 45mins ahead..so we were there like 1015 am...anyways , worse part is , its already 1130 and nothing , we departed 12noon...i will not recommed this baydront tour..ill gove theem zero for suctomer service , speacially the crew...petite one wtih blonde color hair, the one who os handing out boarding pass and wrist band
itinerary: we weren’t included in big bus literally had to struggle when we call tour they were speaking on Spanish and finally had to reach customer care and then had to book hop on hop off bus ourself , worst experience

- Boat check-in closes 10 minutes prior to departure. Customers arriving after this time will have to reschedule for a later time or another day, subject to availability.

- The boat is accessible only for foldable wheelchairs. Wheelchair passengers must be able to stand to board the boat.
- Paid Parking is available at Bayside Marketplace or at meters around Bayfront Park.
- If you purchased a combination with the Hop-on Hop-off Bus Ticket – your activity voucher will act as your voucher for check-in with Miami Double Decker.
- The Double Decker City Bus Tours depart at least every hour from 9.00am - 3.30pm from 305 Lincoln Ave, and 10am - 2.30pm from Bayside Marketplace.
