[Deluxe Phinisi] 3D2N Sailing Liveaboard from Labuan Bajo

Overall a very good experience sailing around Komodo and Flores islands. Guides and boatman were all very friendly and hospitable to all passengers, equally excited to bring us to witness Komodo dragon, Manta rays,beautiful corals.

First visit to Labuan Bajo, missed airport transfer to Hostel and was not briefed before boarding the Zada Hela liveaboard as we were picked up last. No Deluxe Rooms left, so had to pay for Master Suite. Disappointed that there were roaches in the Master Suite due to layout behind ship's galley. Otherwise captain and crew deserve all the plaudits. Harbour to airport transfer, we were left opposite the Terminal to shop for local delicacies and souvenirs even though we had only 1 hour left to boarding. Dumb ways to die

An experience worth trying! Bringing a 12-year-old brother and a three-year-old sister, each with their own needs. The crew are very friendly and enthusiastic, and the meal is delicious.

He was notified at 11 o'clock when he was picked up at the pier and waited until Arrived at 12 o'clock, one hour late. It's understandable that we have to pick up and drop off in batches, but don't write the same time and let the guests wait for an hour. The customer service of this platform cannot solve the problem in time. If you don't reply for a long time, you can't find the customer service. It's a super bad review!
