[07:30/09:30 Departure] Ba Na Hills and Golden Bridge Day Tour

This time, our group of seven booked a Klook Ba Na Hills private tour for one day. Our guide, Huu Hang (Nguyen Huu Hang), contacted us a day in advance to confirm the pickup time and location, and meticulously informed us about the weather forecast and important notes for the day. On the day of the tour, he arrived at the hotel early in the morning and introduced us to many famous attractions in Da Nang along the way, such as the Dragon Bridge fire show, the night market under the Dragon Bridge, and the Marble Mountains temples. Throughout our entire trip up Ba Na Hills, he stayed with us, took care of us, and helped us find the best photo spots. When we arrived at the restaurant, he also found us a comfortable seating area and helped us get our food. We are truly grateful to him for allowing us to enjoy the entire trip with peace of mind and happiness.

We had an amazing experience and couldn’t be happier with the entire organization of the trip. Everything was smooth from start to finish Our guide was fantastic. He knew exactly where to take us, even helping us avoid some of the queues, which made the experience much more enjoyable. Although Ba Na Hills has plenty of signs, it’s still difficult to navigate quickly because the area is so large. Having a guide who led us directly to the most interesting spots saved us a lot of time and allowed us to see much more. On top of that, he took excellent photos for us! One of the biggest advantages was leaving early. We arrived before most of the crowds, so many of the most popular locations were almost empty, making the experience and the photos so much better. We highly recommend starting at 7:00 AM—or even earlier, around 6:00AM if possible Overall, everything was wonderful, and we would absolutely recommend this trip to anyone visiting Ba Na Hills. it was a fantastic day, Our guide Windy was fantastic, perfect English and taught us some Vietnamese aswell, the park itself is very impressive and the views are stunning, the ski lifts are quick and offer outstanding views of Da Nang our guide made sure that everyone in the group got a picture together at the golden bridge, we had plenty of time in the park to ourselves after the tour, I would recommend you visiting if your in the area. plenty to see and do for all ages.

We had a wonderful experience with our tour guide, Mr. Phong! He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable throughout the entire tour. He shared interesting information about the places we visited, making the experience both enjoyable and informative. One thing we really appreciated was how he took the time to teach us some Vietnamese words along the way. It made the tour more interactive, fun, and gave us a better appreciation of the local culture. Mr. Phong was patient, approachable, and always checked in with us to make sure we were enjoying every stop on the tour. He regularly asked if we were having a good time and if we were enjoying each destination, which made us feel genuinely cared for throughout the trip. Thank you, Mr. Phong, for making our trip such a great experience. We truly enjoyed every moment and highly recommend him to anyone looking for an excellent, engaging, and thoughtful tour guide!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Bao Thang was an excellent tour guide. He was very punctual and contacted us one day before the tour to provide the necessary information. His directions were always clear, and he communicated very well in English. He managed participants from different tour packages smoothly and professionally. I especially appreciated that he always gave us suitable choices while allowing us to make the final decision based on our own preferences. Bao Thang also has very good photography skills and helped us capture many beautiful memories throughout the trip. The other tour members were cooperative and friendly, which made the overall experience even more enjoyable. Five stars for Bao Thang for his professionalism, helpfulness and excellent service!

Amazing experience! If you're into design/architecture, you'll enjoy this. Also great for kids! The cable car ride is so worth it! Great amusement rides too! Our tour guide, Phong ("Windy"), was exceptionally friendly, accommodating, and incredibly knowledgeable about every place we visited. He spoke English fluently, making communication easy and enjoyable, and went above and beyond to ensure our senior parents were comfortable and well cared for throughout the tour. His professionalism, patience, and warm personality made the entire experience even more memorable. Our group traveled in a medium-sized bus, with a total of 15 people. The tour guide was very professional and spoke English fluently. When we arrived at Ba Na Hills, everyone collectively purchased a Wow Pass. The guide, being very familiar with the area, led us through shortcuts, so we didn't have to wait in line anywhere. After taking the cable car to the main park area, the guide gave us three hours of free time before we had to prepare to head back down the mountain. Honestly, for such a large park, three hours, including time for a meal, is truly not enough. Coming all this way, it felt a bit disappointing. The premium all-you-can-eat buffet included in this package is highly not recommended. Its price is actually around $350 to $400 NTD, so you shouldn't expect high quality. The restaurant is very large and extremely crowded, and it seemed that most of the patrons were Vietnamese. We saw many people wearing flip-flops or putting their feet directly on the chairs, and children were running around making noise. The overall dining atmosphere was not very pleasant. I suggest not buying this buffet; the food quality is poor, and eating there wastes valuable time. Save your money, grab some light snacks within the park, and gain more time to explore the various exhibits and attractions instead.

My family and I had an amazing time at Ba Na Hills! The Golden Bridge was absolutely breathtaking, and the cable car ride offered stunning views. Our guide, Thang, was really nice and helped us take so many beautiful photos that we'll cherish forever. He was also very knowledgeable and made sure the whole group felt taken care of.
