- Ticket redemption begins at 9:00 AM on the selected travel date.
- Redemption must be completed at the same departure point where you intend to board.
- No advance seat reservations are allowed; all seating is subject to availability on the day.
- The bus will stop at both KLCC and Sungei Wang Plaza, subject to seat availability. If the bus reaches full capacity, it may skip the Sungei Wang stop and end the tour at KLCC.
